• Development of project documentation, coordination via state control authority; • Project planning for the development of crude gas processing; • Design, development and construction of oil and gas and gas condensate fields; • Knowledge of regulatory documents on the oil and gas industry, regulatory documents; • Performing calculations of the technology for developing oil and gas fields using the programs PipeSim, Aspen Hysys; • Ability to determine the technical factors affecting the profitability of the project; • Possession of AutoCad, MS Office programs at the experienced user level, knowledge of electronic document management, applied computer programs (1C, etc.).

• Organization, preparation of work in the implementation of reports and projects; • Implementation of projects in accordance with the working documentation; • Performance of sections on author's supervision of completed projects; • Implementation of sections in field development analyzes in accordance with the working documentation; • Creation of scientific products in accordance with regulatory, regulatory documents; • Continuous work with subsoil users on the implementation of design decisions approved by the Central Commission for the exploration and development of development reports; • Work with controlling authority to obtain conclusions on completed projects; • Protection of projects in the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

• Ensure the fulfillment of production assignment in accordance with the established technology of production, its quality and rhythmic release, economical expenditure of incoming fuel feedstocks and some materials. Organize and coordinate the work of all shift's employees and take under control correct organization of operation; • Verification of shift's employees compliance with established process according to the standing order and instructions • To provide that personnel stick to labor protection requirements and safety engineering, application of safe work methods, implementation of the rules of equipment operation, management of process systems in accordance with approved the standing order and instructions; • Control over observance of the rules and norms of the GOST standard of the RK with oil and oil products when performing work in laboratories; • Adjustment over transportation and accounting of oil and oil products.

• Management the technological process and monitoring the operation of equipment on the facilities for processing oil, oil products, gas; • Monitoring compliance with the technological condition, the quality of feedstock and produced products by the registration of indicators and analysis results; • Control over accounting for the expenditure of feedstock, products, reagents, catalysts, fuel-energy resources; • Warning and elimination of process deviation from the specified mode.

•Maintain the technological process for all methods of extraction of oil, gas, gas condensate, gas injection and gas sampling, in addition to realization geologico-technical arrangement to maintain and improve oil well operation; •To conduct preventive works against hydrate formation, paraffin deposits, resins, salts and calculation of reagents for carrying out different works; •Possess knowledge the basic information in the methods of intensification of extraction of oil and gas production, explore oil wells, developing oil and gas fields, and also about underground and major overhaul oil well; •Observe the requirements of rules and norms on labor protection, industrial sanitation and anti-fire safety and internal regulations.
