-implementation of the performance & cost reports on timely bases -budgeting & forecasting -downloading & uploading data through the SAP system, analyzing it -preparation the manual accruals -implementation the deviation analyses -сoordination of Timekeepers and Quantity Surveyors in order to receive proper allocated Daily Time Sheets within the identified deadlines -ensure the timely issue of the internal monthly cost report, gathering contributions from internal Monthly timesheets -man‐hours analysis of KCOI and sub‐contractors manpower -process the planning of project costs and revenues -ensure the regular collection and proper allocation of costs to different levels of the WBS for the service invoices; ‐ check the WPC from Suppliers/Sub‐contractors and enter them into system ‐ support the Contracts Administrator in compiling and verifying the active WPC in the preparation of Claim / Project Change Proposal ‐ collaborate with the Project Control HoD, in the preparation of project additionally requested reports.
