For the recent 15 months I am project crew coordinator with Van Oord company for Off shore vessels and equipment. Currently I am mostly involved in selection recruitment process of multinational employees via company approved 6 recruiting agencies in Ukraine, the Netherlands, Russia and Kazakhstan, it was more intense in the begging of the project but still due to human factor, constantly recruiting spare crew to be on safe side in case of incidents or accidents despite Injury Incident Free practise, also keep tracking the correspondence of employees’ certificates of competence as well as off shore STCW certificates (BOSIET, HUET) to the requirements of international conventions as well as vessels’ MSMC and local labour requirements. (Kazakhstani labour law legislation, Blue book training and rigging and slinging training).
Another my duty is to keep the planning (3 plannings: seacrew, crew shore equipment planning and office staff and off shore supervisors’ planning) of about 450 employees who are off shore updated, spreading the planning among off shore Masters of the dredging vessels, off shore Marine Coordinator, Dredging Supervisors, off shore Workshop superintendents, off shore Accommodation Masters, off shore marine coordinator, off shore survey department, main office for booking the flights for expats, travel department for booking local employees.
I feel confident to be able to support the crewing department managing VLCC, SUEZ and AFRO MAX, LNG and LPG and Bulk carriers from handy sizes thru Panamax and Capes with highly qualified senior, junior and ratings of Ukrainian, Russian Nationality

Crew Manager/Coordinator
I have been working as crew coordinator and manager (vessels’ budget creator, monthly/quarterly variance reporter, accruals, budget costs reports) for bulk carriers from 2007 (capesizes, panama, suezmax, kamsarmax, also tankers and container vessels) till 2015 while I was also involved into management of FPSO/LNG carriage projects with Dorchester management company, then 1 year as Chief Security/Safety Officer on cruise liner with 2000 pax capacity and 480 crew (multinational – 23 nationalities) sailing area Mediterranean Sea, Suez Canal, Red Sea, Indian Ocean. I have experience to cooperate with Dubai port and clearance immigration authorities and Pakistani immigration authorities.
While being a crew manager of crewing cell in VGroup I was managing 420 crew on board (4 months on / 2 off average) I used to have 3 assistants, 1 assistant was responsible as administrator checking crew payrolls, 1 assistant as document controller, flight bookings, arranging of crew meetings for contracts signing, 1 assistant dealt with crew contracts / crew lists arrangements, also there was a separate Flag State department that was applying our seafarers’ documents for different Flags.
I was responsible for recruitment of senior/junior officers and ratings according to ILO, IMO and MLC 2006 convention regulations (setting up the interviews with Fleet Manager/Superintends of the group and client depending on client requests and terms, following corporate dry/wet Matrixes of sea experience compliance etc), pre joining briefings and debriefings of all senior and junior officers, completing of the crew vessel budgets, year/quarter/month running costs reports, correspondence with clients/technical department/DPO/Fleet managers in particular cases correspondence with vessels’ Masters for CTM mostly, port agents to discuss the quotation for their services.
