DFT & WFT Checks, Adhesion Test, Holiday Tests, Salt & Chloride Contamination Test, Paint cure test, Reporting defect in workmanship or material.  Climatic Records & related documents. Supervise, Monitor various type of surface preparation i.e. Grit / Dry Abrasive Blasting, Water Jetting, Steam Cleaning, Chemical Cleaning, Insulation, Mechanical & Power tool cleaning, And various type of coatings. Onshore / Offshore Structural steel coatings, Internal linings of process vessels, Tank Farms, Pipelines (Surface & Sub surface), Maintenance coating projects, New Build coating projects, Oil & Gas experience in major industrial repaint of Well Head towers, Maintenance repaint for super complexes and accommodation platforms. Bridges, Modules, Flare Boom. Review project specification & familiarize with project quality requirement. Good knowledge of International, Jotun, Sigma, painting codes & Standard. Establish quality control standards and supervise their implementations. Coating surveys of marine vessels, Platforms, Steel structures Internal & External.
