• Ensure that all materials and resources are ready to implement planned shutdown • Provide support to Planning Engineers in developing integrated shutdown plan • Coordinate with Engineering to ensure that work packs are completed and approved prior to shutdown work scope freeze date • Provide support to COMPANY’s assets in coordination of pre and post shutdown activities by other specialized companies • Track shutdown purchase orders, identify priority purchase orders, liaise with expediting staff and inform assets of potential delays and missing shutdown deadline • Participate in the planning and approval processes related to involvement of other specialized companies in the works implementation • Ensure that Permit to Work procedures are being complied with • Ability to apply new approaches and innovative solutions; to solve problems independently to suit the situation • Ensure all shutdown activities are carried out as per COMPANY’s Safety rules and RoK statutory and regulatory requirements.

• Preparation and verification of work completion certificates using forms KS-2 / M-29 • Preparation and review of cost estimate documentation using standard cost databases • Verification of received cost estimate documentation and preparation of reports on its content and quality • Preparation of cost calculations • Monitoring compliance with contractual obligations (including contract approval) and financial discipline • Managing the accounting of income and expenses, as well as economic indicators of the construction project • Preparation of estimates using consolidated rates. Monitoring cost limits and resource usage • Development of construction schedules, cash flow plans • Preparation of project reporting. Reporting using form M-29.

• Supported System Completion Team 3GP project phases from Construction – MC – RFSU • Expediting completion of activities by Construction in support of the project schedule • Creating work packages with engineering drawings, model shots and site photos for installation in the field • Tracking and managing the closure and verification of punch list items • Interfaced with the Construction and SC Team • Validating punch list items and work scopes are allocated to the correct contractor for execution • Reviewing material requirements for punch items and informing contractors and Material Management of any constraints • Managing the scaffold request register and issuing priorities to the scaffold team based on the project schedule and Commissioning needs • Reviewing and approving new punch list items issued to the Close Out Group. • Have an experience in the use of the FGP Project’s Systems Completion Database - CPMS and MCPlus • Work closely with Area Productivity Engineers and Construction on priority subsystems and confirm construction status • Work with Construction and Quality Teams to liquidate backlog of inspections for verified construction complete scopes • Confirm and track process of NFI initiation for construction complete activities and expedite, if necessary, with CCEP and TCO Quality teams • Ensure Quality KPIs for NFI, Inspections and QVD close-out are per targeted durations; investigate if otherwise • Hold responsible persons accountable to update SCMT with the correct information for NFI# and QVD signature status. And support with commentary, only where gaps are identified (not primary responsibility) • Ensure that both CCEP and TCO Quality teams are working on priority QVD close-out based on the Area 8WLA as well as MC Priority 3WLA • Inform Project Production Control of any punch-list activities / constraints that are required to be completed/resolved • Initiate (only) CN process for QVD related changes as required (QVD incorrectly assigned, QVD to be removed, etc.).

Project: Kashagan Field Experimental Program, for «North Caspian Operating Company» (NCOC) Achievement: • On behalf of the Client, I participated in working groups at the Ministry of Energy to amend the Methodology for calculating standards and volumes of raw gas flaring during subsurface operations. As a result, the changes were introduced by the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 8, 2020, No. 351. Responsibilities: • Development and technical maintenance of gas flaring volumes report during its technologically unavoidable gas flaring (V9) based on a static information of Kashagan, Tengiz and other worldwide and KZ field operational experience • Development of procedure on philosophy of incineration of gas for the ground of the forecast calculations on incineration of passing gas • Report on technologically unavoidable flaring (“TUGF”) in complex gas facilities • Database analyzing and learning (NCOC incidents Root Cause Analysis (RCA) following “Why Tree” and “5 Why” methodology). Provide engineering support, participates in the development of recommendations for elimination of the root cause of failure. • Reports making assistance with compliance to the Republic of Kazakhstan regulatory procedures reports requirements for the high-sulfur gas flaring during operations • Development of the Quarterly and yearly reports to make changes to the methodology for calculating standards and volumes of associated and (or) natural gas flaring during oil operations.

• Calculation of the cost of services and the conclusion of contracts for the maintenance of gas-consuming systems and gas equipment of household consumers. Providing methodological and practical assistance in the implementation of contracts • Performance of the necessary technical calculations, development of small projects and schemes, ensuring their compliance with the specifications, applicable standards, and regulatory documents • Participation in the development, improvement, and implementation of the QMS, the creation of standards and standards for quality indicators, monitoring their compliance • Registration and verification of executive-technical documentation, and established reporting • Solving technical issues on permits and in the process of construction and installation works. Achievement: • Participated in development of more than 100 technical projects for various purpose well constructions with a depth of 400 to 6500 meters, located in the fields of Kazakhstan: Karachaganak, Chinarevskoye, Kumkol, Akshabulak, Shagyrly-Shomyshty, Zharkum, Karakuduk, Akzhar Vostochny, Amangeldy, Darinskoe, Zhalgiztobe, Sarybulak, Dolinnoe, Aksaz, Komsomolskoe, Esen, Karabulak, Zapadnaya, Zhagabulak, Tanirbergen; • Participated in well constructions supervision of more than 100 projects. Responsibilities: • Development of separate sections of the project, provision of technical requirements of the developed design solutions, supervision of the work of specialists participating in the development of the project; • Participation in the collection of technical and technological information for the development of design solutions under the guidance of the Chief Project Engineer, the Chief Specialist and independent decision-making; • Ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of engineering calculations of the project, the application of regulatory and management documents and instructions valid on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad; • Working with customer’s and government controlling department remarks, corrections and offers, taking part in correcting projects plans and qualified feedback provision; • Participation in the author’s supervision over the execution of design decisions on the construction of wells and issuance of recommendations on its results.
