Support the Contractor to ensure site quality control, in particular monitor compliance with the project specifications and procedures. * Support the contractor to ensure consistent levels of quality control are maintained on all sub-contract activities performed within the scope of the Module Fabrication Yard * Monitor the activities of the contractor and sub contractor inspectors to ensure consistent approach to welding, construction and NDE issues Perform in-process inspection's including material receiving and to ensure the Contractor's QC department is diligent with their inspections in accordance with approved fabrication and erection ITP's. * Support Senior QC Inspector by ensure that Contractors Welder Qualification and approval program is maintained and that only Company accepted Welders are performing work on the Project. * Support Senior QC Inspector by working with and attending Company appointed Contractors inspections such as Dimensional Control, Flange and Valve Management

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Support the Contractor to ensure site quality control, in particular monitor compliance with the project specifications and procedures. * Support the contractor to ensure consistent levels of quality control are maintained on all sub-contract activities performed within the scope of the Module Fabrication Yard * Monitor the activities of the contractor and sub contractor inspectors to ensure consistent approach to welding, construction and NDE issues * Review and report on any data with regards to excessive defect rates or any quality issues that may have an adverse impact of the product quality * Review site procedures, personnel qualification, equipment calibration records and drawing revision status to ensure they are latest revision and meet the project requirements * Perform in-process inspection's including material receiving and to ensure the Contractor's QC department is diligent with their inspections in accordance with approved fabrication and erection ITP's. * Support Senior QC Inspector by ensure that Contractors Welder Qualification and approval program is maintained and that only Company accepted Welders are performing work on the Project. * Support Senior QC Inspector by working with and attending Company appointed Contractors inspections such as Dimensional Control, Flange and Valve Management * Support Company Senior Quality Records Supervisor in ensuring that manufacturing associated Quality Records are developed and compiled progressively in accordance with Project and procedure requirements. * Provide input for the Quality Managers reports. * Provide input to and support the contractor in resolving quality problems. * Attend planned audits on fabrication and erection activities to identify areas of improvement * Monitor the compilation of certification and fabrication data books to ensure timely and accurate completion of records * Attend site meetings as required. * Perform site safety inspections as required and Support Site safety Representative with the sites efforts on HSE and IIF management by performing site safety inspections as required * Provide input to review of contractor and sub-contractor quality procedure and method statements * Witness pressure testing or other piping/mechanical related pre-commissioning activities as required. * Provide input to the punch listing of completed works. * Report to the Quality Manager - Module Fabrication and the Senior Site Superintendent on any site or sub contractor problems.
