Since joining EY team in Sept. 2015, I have participated in various M&A and Project Finance (PF) projects and have been responsible for: - Preparation of Project Finance (PF) projects (financial models, presentations to the financial institutions, project initiators in public sector e.g. water supply companies and district heating plants; - Analysis and preparation of socio-economic and financial feasibility studies of public utility and commercial companies for PF projects; - Support of full M&A life cycle projects (both sell- and buy-side) in railway machinery, telecommunications and oil&gas sectors (target and industry analysis, financial modeling, market sounding, info memo and teaser preparation, negotiations with the clients and potential investors); - Collection and analysis of macroeconomic data; - Preparation of various proposals, project teasers, engagement contracts and other marketing materials. Recent activities: - Participation as a core project member in privatization process of rolling stock assembling plant in Kazakhstan (ongoing); - Participation as a core project member in successful privatization of 2 national railway machinery plants and logistic hub in Kazakhstan to foreign strategic investors; - Comprehensive market analysis of records management services market in Kazakhstan and Central Asia; - Financial modeling of automobile assembling plant in Central Asia; - Participation in M&A sell-side project of local oil company; - Analysis of the local PPP sector (mainly green field social infrastructure projects); - Participation in privatization diagnostics of the national railway operator and its subsidiaries; - Financial modeling and info memo preparation of the local oil production company as part of sell-side M&A project; - Modeling of the waste management plant for the purpose of debt financing from the multilateral development bank; etc.

Financial analysis and financial modeling of infrastructure and telecommunications companies.

• Recorded journal entries and prepared related documentation. • Assisted in preparation of the budget estimates and development plan for fiscal years 2014-2018. Prepared and reconciled the financial statements of year 2012. • Assisted in the day-to-day support of the finance and investment departments' activities, using 1C:Accounting, Bloomberg Terminal and MS Excel. • Managed the interdepartmental communication and external correspondence with outside organizations.

• Participated in the special AIA training programme. • Attended classroom trainings and workshops on financial and retirement planning, and experience sharing sessions by the AIA top management.

• Analyzed Kazakhstan's domestic and international trade data of the 1st quarter of 2012. • Assisted in preparation of the report on the bilateral trade in goods between Kazakstan and Ukraine in 2009-2011.
