• Monitoring and control of work performance done by well service/workover crews • Ensuring workover activities on wells to be performed in accordance with approved operational programs provided by Clients • Development and management working schedule and rotations of the field personnel • Liaison on behalf of company with the Client’s representative regarding working issues and contract management • Liaison with Chief Mechanic, PM Engineer and Supporting Base Manager regarding appropriate maintenance and operation of the drilling equipment / assets which guarantees an efficient performance of the workover activities • Liaison with HSE team regarding improvement of HSE management system, revisions of operational safety procedures and instructions, incident investigations and safe execution of the workover activities. • Liaison with QA/QC team regarding improvement of Quality management system, internal and external audits, revisions of internal procedures. • Preparation tender packages during participation in tenders • Participation in Client’s periodical operational and performance meetings • Management of subcontractors and third parties for operational needs • Liaison with local authorities and preparation of reports requested by them. • Work with tender platforms: Nadloc, Zakup.sk.kz, Goszakup.gov.kz, ETS-tender.kz • Liaison with legal consultants regarding legal issues. • Participation in local court proceedings and The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) • Participation in local suppliers development projects arranged by: 1) European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Tengizchevroil (TCO) 2) World Bank, Euroconsultants S.A., Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Kazakhstan Industry and Export Center - Qazindustry.

• Responsible for reliability and maintenance of the following process systems: 1) Wells and Wellheads system (Surface equipment) 2) Produced water system 3) Water Injection system 4) Service Water system (Sea Water Intake Station) 5) Cranes and hoisting equipment system 6) Hot Water system (Oil heaters) • Ensuring timely preventive and corrective maintenance (PM, CM) of surface production equipment as (Integrity, Reliability and Maintenance) IRM engineering team member • Creation, preparation, monitoring, management of work orders in computerized maintenance management system SAP • Preparation technical scope of work, material purchase requests • Development and reviews of preventive maintenance (PM) plans for production assets, and ensuring timely execution of works according to the actual PM plans • Participation in Asset Register development process • Preparations of yearly Full Field Shutdown scopes, requesting materials through Procurement & Supply Chain department. • Ensuring critical spare parts in the warehouse through management of Min/Max settings • Liaison with operation Planner and Scheduler to ensure all the maintenance activities are properly planned and included to the plans for optimization of activities and minimization of production loses (Integrated Activities Plan (IAP); 120/90/28 days maintenance plans) • Preparation of yearly budget for maintenance in the areas of responsibility (Rolling Forecast - RoFo) • Preparation technical tender packages for ITT (Invitation to tenders) and RFQ (requests for quotations) • Preparation of technical evaluations • Management of contractors as a contract holder according to Contractor Management Procedure (around 10 service contracts) • Liaison with field representatives regarding appropriate maintenance and operation of the production equipment/assets which guarantees an efficient production • Liaison with HSE team regarding improvement of HSE management system, revisions of operational safety procedures and instructions, incident investigations, risk assessment and safe execution of the maintenance activities. Management and closing up assigned actions in Synergi system (system for registration of unsafe conditions and incidents). • Liaison with QA/QC team regarding improvement of Quality management system, internal and external audits, revisions of internal procedures. • Liaison with Engineering and Projects departments regarding new facilities project (Dunga Phase II; FMP – field modification proposals): review design documentation through ProArc document control system, participation in handover processes of new facilities on behalf of Production Operations department, walk-downs during handovers, etc. Participation in HAZID, HAZOP. • Participation in internal audits as an internal auditors team member (2 audits per year), and audits of contractors as well. • Liaison with Maintenance Excellence team regarding improvement of internal business processes. • Liaison with SAP management team regarding improvement of SAP business processes. • Preparation for audits from local authorities and close-out assigned prescriptions.
