Management and closing up assigned actions in Synergi system (system for registration of unsafe conditions and incidents). • Liaison with QA/QC team regarding improvement of Quality management system, internal and external audits, revisions of internal procedures. • Liaison with Engineering and Projects departments regarding new facilities project (Dunga Phase II; FMP – field modification proposals): review design documentation through ProArc document control system, participation in handover processes of new facilities on behalf of Production Operations department, walk-downs during handovers, etc. Participation in HAZID, HAZOP. • Participation in internal audits as an internal auditors team member (2 audits per year), and audits of contractors as well. • Liaison with Maintenance Excellence team regarding improvement of internal business processes. • Liaison with SAP management team regarding improvement of SAP business processes. • Preparation for audits from local authorities and close-out assigned prescriptions.
