I am responsible for the day to day communications and interpretation including attending all progress meetings with the client Total, Isker and TCO. My duties also include the translation of all Project specific documentation inclusive of technical specifications both in the office and on site. I have to be adaptable and flexible to interface with all departments inclusive of Contract, QA/QC, Procurement Engineering, Pre-Commissioning, Safety and Site Surveys where my services are required as a translator

• Purchase Order tracking system (search for appropriate quotes, request submit in the system, monitor for product/service delivery, paperwork to complete purchase process) • Weekly/Monthly reports to management that indicates the vendor invoice number for all closed purchase orders • Establishing and managing contracts with suppliers • Work with inventory management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned POs and report any back-ordered or missing products

• Ticketing • Hotels and airport pick up arrangements • Paperwork for visa obtaining • Training arrangements for locals and expats both in Kazakhstan and foreign training centers • Training matrix updating

• Work with Contractors • Contracts and its updating • Tender announcements and further arrangements • Crane and truck arrangements (Third party issue) • Fuel supply • Crew change arrangements • Coordinating of drivers activity • Paperwork and arrangement of spare parts supply and vehicle’s technical maintenance

I have deal with road construction (asphalt works), concrete, earth works, steel structure and boiler installation, electric, welding and painting works.
