Responsibilities included: 1. Responsible for monitoring the Calibration of instruments required for pressure test with valid Certificate (Pressure gage, pressure/temperature recorder, Relief valve). 2. Responsible for issuing of Technical query (Site query) and Concession request for of test blinds/heads requirements, gaskets, fitting for Hydro test purpose. 3. Taking participation in Water analyses for Hydrotest and calculating the percentage of glycol in Water. 4. Preparation of Certificate for fabrication of Piping (Joint number of welding and material trade of fittings). 5. Preparation of acts of hidden works inspection (Act of hidden works) (working with materials of piping "fittings, bolts, flanges, valves, supports, equipments and certification of Pipe materials) & Rectify comments from TS (Technical supervision and RA department). 6. Flange Management List Preparation per Priority and prepare MTO of Testing Materials as per scheduled test & request MIS to PPC. 7. Carry out and check technical calculations, sketches and layouts. 8. Participating in project meetings to coordinate with vendors for piping and Equipment related Issues.

Mechanical completion department Job Description: 1. Technical support of the project, verification of isometric drawings, piping and instrumentation /P&ID/, materials compliance with pressure / temperature of piping components (pipes, fittings, valves and equipment). 2. Responsible for preparation of Test Packs for pipeline pressure Test & Rectify Comments of Test Packs from Clients review. 3. Preparation of Daily Test Log and update of Test Packs for Hydrotest. 4. Updating equipment models based on vendor drawings and pipe routing modification for pumps, exchanger, towers, reactors, compressors and other mechanical equipment’s. 5. Review of vendor drawings, P&ID’s, Valve data specification, Dyke height calculation and Pipe Material specification. 5. Monitoring of Pressure Test pipeline activities. 6. To reflect the punches on the drawing and uploading all the details in DACS system. 7. Monitoring the status of Punch list after the Reinstatement inspection. 8. Updating of Shop Drawings (Quality valid document) before the Hydrotest and before the Walk down inspection. 9. Working with 3D Model to identify the Test Limit with software Navisworks Freedom during preparation TP 10. Read and review test chart and record the data in final test log and in act of Hydrotest (P-031). 11. Preparation of Red Line Mark-up Shop Drawings and P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) in case of changes. 12. Issuing of Purchase Request, Purchase order of materials. 13. To compile all MTO ( Material Take Offs ) from the latest revision to the engineering drawings and specifications. 14. Checking the final Test Pack and submit to Certification Department. 15. Site Visit and Client Coordination
