Implemented an online monitoring system for all vehicles at the Karaturun field (market analysis for GPS services, negotiations, contract creation, installation and calibration of GPS and Fuel Management Systems). Adjusted fuel tracking systems and updated documentation for fuel accounting. "LLP Tengizchevroil' FGP Project - (Tengiz 28/28). Review reports of fuel distribution process of contractors: Generated monthly analytical reports of Fuel consumption of Business Partners vehicles based on Tengiz and Prorva, which is more than eight hundred vehicles. "LLP Tengizchevroil" FGP Project - (Aktau - Fabrication and CaTRo project) Coordination of transportation, interaction with customers, freight forwarders and the interaction of various departments of the company. Areas of responsibility - planning and coordination of traffic volumes, control over the provision of transport and related transportation operations, also by IVMS system. Also includes full monitoring of the total expenditure on logistics and the development of optimal transportation schemes to minimize costs and control Quality of Service. Responsible for monitoring systems and processes of fuel consumption and providing weekly report to the fuel department. Other main functions, is monthly reports of Time-Sheets, of all Umirzak employees based in Mangistau region, Shift schedule for every month, weekly safety briefing for all drivers.
