JUNIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR
* Along with the audit team, preparing and undertaking audits approved by the Internal risk and assurance Committee (IRAC) or as requested by the MD including the preparation of TOR's and Opening Meeting presentations * Performing audits in a professional manner and according to ISO 9001 and best industry practice. Identifying and recording findings and observations. * Drafting objective audit findings and recommendations to be included in the final audit reports after the issuance of the draft report * Preparing the Close-Out Meeting presentations. Collating and reviewing the responses to the audits from the auditee, and if required clarify / adjust the findings/recommendations after discussions with the key parties involved * Integrating responses to the final report. ; * Addressing recommendations when requested, where this will be limited to those staff that are at the level below Manager level. * Providing support in assessing the implementation of the recommendations and the results (for example in terms of credit notes requested, cost recovery, additional documentation obtained, contract procedures, etc). * Assisting in managing the SMAR Track interface. ; * Assistance the Internal Audit Manager assigned as Focal Point, during the Partners Business Systems and Control Reviews that require pre-reading documentation prior to the audit fieldwork. JOB TITLE-INTERNAL AUDIT DATA/CONTRACTS ADVISOR, AUDIT ASSISTANT * Assistance in performing Contract administration audits including fieldwork activities (e.g. invoice checking). Assisting Senior/Lead Auditors, with performing internal audits acting as a Junior Internal Auditor. This involves: assisting the audit team with the preparation of the audit (ToR, Opening Meeting presentations, data extraction, Closing Meeting presentation) and performing audit testing in compliance with best practice and standards; assisting the Team Leader during interviews with the auditee; keeping appropriate working papers and records; drafting and discussing within the team audit findings and recommendations. * Assisting the Audit Manager and the Auditors in the audits by collecting, analysing, interpreting and managing information and data. This information is sourced from various sources, extracted and presented in appropriate formats, ensuring that it is easy to interpret and understand conclusions when presenting proposals, specific reports and/or making presentations. * Assistance to Internal Audit Manager assigned as Focal Point, during the Partners Business Systems and Control Review in 2011, which lasted one month and required collecting pre-reading documentation prior to the audit fieldwork. This also involved collecting, analyzing & distributing information requests to and from (senior) management, keeping track of the Information Requests register; as well as arranging and participating to interviews when required. * Sole Contract administrator for the four contracts of the Internal Audit section. Responsible for developing and arranging the award of four contracts and handling of all aspects including the subsequently close out of existing contracts. Includes preparation and monitoring of: contract plans, strategies, requisitions, contract documents (Variation Orders, Amendments) and correspondence; Support Company Representatives and Contract Holders; progress and valuation reports; processing invoices and analysis of claims; * Coordinator for actions on audit findings in SMARTrack system (audit finding electronic tracking tool). This includes: Updating and managing assigned Internal Audit Registers within SMARTrack: updating SMARTrack Audit plan; producing clear and concise Agip KCO Internal Audit Review Reports and tracking the actions for closure; managing assigned Registers. * Perform any administrative tasks required by all the audit teams (comprising of 3rd Party, Partners and NCOC) and manage the Internal Audit filing system. This also includes coordination with other departments such as ICT, Security etc. for external parties (contractors). * Maintain Internal Audit record in the Electronic Document Management System
