• Management of Project materials for all discipline (Structure, piping and E&I); • Collaborate and reporting to TCO representative; • Collaborate with DSME representatives for material issue(Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering); • Collaborate with the procurement and expediting department; • Update, Analyze and Verify data in the company database FMS (Fabrication Management System Company software); • Coordinate the warehouse team in receiving and acceptance material in FMS; • Coordinate and assistance with system error solving; • Resolve of all problems from construction team side related to any issues of the project (Engineering, material and etc.); • Maximization of available material utilization in accordance to production priorities; • Issuance of material in accordance with schedule 8-Weeks look ahead; • Assisted the planning team to collect information and solving problem to finish all priorities on time; • Visit at Site Fabrication Area for Material Issuance Progress verification; • Provide/Update/Progress and estimate Work Packs, update and provide 2 weeks look ahead schedule, weekly updating progress reports, providing mini-schedules/S-Curves/Rundown curves for Production tracking activities; • Material tracking and guarantee; • Minimization of scrap material; • Proposals for alternative materials usage (to be validated by engineering) and alternative composition of the positions; • Prevent material shortage during Project execution; • Work with project technical documentation; • Revision Analysis; • Complete inventory reports; • Maintain knowledge of safety policies and procedures and perform assigned duties in safe manner.
