NDE inspection: Review/witnessing PT, UT processes, HSE. - Onshore pipeline, Welding & NDE inspection. Welding procedures’ qualification, welders’/welding operators’ qualification. Verification of personnel qualification; verification of equipment/consumable/material certificates/calibration, handling/storage. Witnessing destructive testing. - Piping fabrication yard for well heads. Monitoring and Inspection of welding, NDE, Pressure testing, PWHT. Familiar with fittings & valves. - Documentation verification… - Ability to read and interpret International Codes & Standards, drawings, specifications, procedures. Monitoring, verification of welders’ qualification. Proficient in reading of Isometric, P&ID and Structural drawings, WPS. Have been working with a various welded configurations and wide range of materials(CS, SS, 625, 825, CuNi). Conversant with widely used international and local standards. Verification of materials traceability which concern piping, structural and welding consumables as per certificates and international standards, handling, storage. Populate punch list items for systems’ completion.

Analyzed and evaluated quotations to assure compliance with bid requirements. Communicates with suppliers purchase requirements, purchase order changes, delivery requirements and order prioritization. Executes purchase orders and edit purchase orders under buyer’s direction and authorization. Maintains accurate purchasing files in compliance with company record keeping policies and potential audit trails. Negotiates with suppliers to obtain optimal pricing and delivery. Researched and evaluated potential suppliers of assigned commodities to ensure product quality and cost competitiveness. Assisted senior procurement professionals in setting up meetings with suppliers. Assist other procurement staff with identified projects and programs as needed.
