Tengizchevroil FGP IOCC Migration Team (TCOV)
Position –IOCC Migration Logistics Coordinator
Plans for all logistics requirements and the IOCC Logistics coordinator, as the single point of contact for the IOCC Migration team.
Regular engagements with BB Ops teams, FGP/ BB Services, BB Logistics are held to manage detailed expectations from each services department and to confirm requirements from Operations and the IOCC Migration team during Pre-Turnaround and Turnaround.
Changes to schedule or priorities are communicated in a timely manner to all teams providing services.
Logistics Plan includes the Migration period and transition plan to full IOCC Operations as it relates to the Migration of the Personnel, including meal service Coordination during Migration and Full Operations with TFM.
Transportation needs must be addressed in the logistics plan for Planning the plan, Pre-Migration, and post migration.
Logistics Coordinator will attend and facilitate the HES Safety Plan, Security Plan, TFM Coordination for services and any permits or access needed for Migration Turnaround.
Any temporary facilities required for Migration TA such as offices or toilets and equipment also need to be in Plan and controlled by Logistics Coordinator.
Site Plot Plans for real estate allocation, Journey management routes and site access plan.
Logistics Coordinator shall put the entire Logistics Plan together with all parties input from HES, Security, Site Operations, Migration Operations, and the IMPACT Team.
Coordinate dayshift & nightshift 3 times meal service delivery for the IOCC essential personnel to consume meals in the IOCC kitchen area during the Pre-Migration, the Migration event and IOCC Full Operations Mode.
IOCC Support Team Resources (those who have no access to the main console pods area) will be offered to visit the TCOV canteen for sit down meal or take away options.
schedules for IOCC personnel to visit the canteen will be set up and communicated to IOCC Migration IMPACT/ Logistics Team/ IOCC Superintendents.
provide the list of approved Catering and Cleaning Crews personnel who should have site access to the IOCC to the IOCC Migration Logistics Coordinators.
Relocate BB Ops COs from Power, Field Ops, SGP/SGI, SGP Utilities/ NBH/OBH, KTL Oil&Gas and Sulfur, Export and also other Must Move BB Support Teams to the IOCC building
Safe movement of people, personal file cabinets & lockers, Plant’s documentation such as P&I’s, drawings/ diagrams to the new location.
Listed equipment and documents shall be properly packed and loaded into the assigned vehicles (preliminary estimate, IOCC Migration rental vehicles).
Deliver and assemble equipment and documents in the IOCC building safely to prevent damages or pilferage during the transportation. It will be transported according to the classic “door-to-door” scheme.
Support the execution of a safe and efficient IOCC Migration from the existing CCRs at Field, KTL, SGP/SGI, Utilities, Power and Export. Enable the IMPACT team for focus on achieving the Migration schedule by ensuring required Journey Management Plan for personnel, food services deliveries, vehicles scheduled, IT equipment connections are planned, positioned, permitted and ready for use as not to interrupt normal plant operations.
Support the execution of a safe and efficient IOCC Migration from the existing CCRs at Field, KTL, SGP/SGI, Utilities, Power and Export. Enable the IMPACT team for focus on achieving the Migration schedule by ensuring required Journey Management Plan for personnel, food services deliveries, vehicles scheduled, IT equipment connections are planned, positioned, permitted and ready for use as not to interrupt normal plant operations.
