Tasbolat Oil Field Drilling & Materials Department Position: Senior Drilling/Workover Materials Coordinator * Focal point on Material and Equipment within Drilling & Workover department. ; * Provide co-ordination between Company Drilling & Workover operations and Company Warehousing operations so as to ensure that all the necessary materials, equipment and services arrive and leave the location as necessary to ensure continuous and cost efficient operations ; * Overall responsibility for proper organization, management and operation of the Drilling & Workover warehouses, yards and stores for tubular, pump rods, wellhead equipment, chemicals, tools, etc. ; * Participate in HSEQ related audits and investigations as required by the Drilling & Workover Department ; * Provide field warehousing supervision, support and assistance when required. Discuss and review daily logistical requirements for all Drilling & Workover operations

Project: Kashagan field development - offshore facilities Project - HUC Position: Warehouse Coordinator * To direct and closely monitor the activities being performed on a day to day bases at the warehouses and Lay Down yards at the supply base. ; * Adhering to and implementing safe practices for the handling of all materials with contractors. ; * Continously monitoring contractors for compliance with procedures for material receipt, quarantine, storage and issue. ; * Closely monitoring the transfer of materials from the point of issue through to pre-fabrication and/or offshore installation. ; * Closely monitoring materials placed into quarantine by Contractors and the preparation of OS&D reports and that OS&D reports are closed out properly and that the associated materials are placed into storage in a controlled manner. ; * Identifying where corrective action are required by contractors and following-up to ensure such actions are closed-out properly. ; * Preparing reports for management on warehousing activities.
