ERSAI LLC as Data Entry Operator in QUALITY DEPATMENT to update and maintain information on ERSAI databases and computer systems. As a Data entry operator my responsibilities include collecting and entering data in ACCESS databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable ERSAI project information. I possess the ideal and essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. I work with a data team and System manager. I have used my previous experience as a data entry clerk which I consider an advantage to perform my duties.. Responsibilities * Insert Quality Control data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits ; * Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry ; * Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output ; * Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents ; * Apply data program techniques and procedures ; * Generate reports, store completed work in designated archive locations and perform backup operations ; * Scan documents and print files, when needed * Keep information confidential ; * Respond to queries for information and access relevant files as instructed by my superiors ; * Comply with data integrity and security policies ; * Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions * Checking, registration and filing documents: “Acts, Certificates, Logs” * Responsible in checking CoC (certificates of conformity) and to filling the certification matrix. * Filling purchased products verification log * Responsible for collected the signing of welding logs * Indexing, chech and correction of technical document- work packs, RFI, reports of NDT laborotory * Responsible for the conduct of general and special works of logs, acts of inspection of hidden works, acts of acceptance of structures, and other documentation * Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports to the clients I working inspection VT,MT,PT testing • Make sure that all welding machines, inspection tools and instruments are calibrated. • Monitors defect removal by Magnetic Permeability Inspection (MPI) • Accepts Non Destructive Test-NDT inspection. • Checks readiness of NDT equipments. • Handle all welding technical queries and investigations. • Finding the surface defects in weld joints and parent metal areas with PT, MPT. • NDT Inspection (MT, PT & HT) methods on welded parts, Boiler drums as per Customer Quality Plan. • Interpretation of Hardness Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, And Magnetic Particle Testing. • Prepared reports like HT, MPI and PT.
