Assisting the Engineering Manager, Project Managers and Project Engineers. Assisting with project reporting,monthly reporting,setting up meetings, translating presentations, updating org charts and other general technical assisting duties. Responsible of attending project meetings and where required taking actions and producing action registers and chasing close out of actions. Also managing various spreadsheets including closeout registers etc.
