Scheduling/Follow up the project from design/QC documents submission & approval from Client for the clearance/raw material ordering/Sub vendor plan/Fabrication manpower/Consumables/Manufacturing till the job will reach the site. Liaise & expedite with supplier or sub-contractor for material/fabrication follow-up. Minutes of Meeting with supplier/sub-contractor via con-call / directly visit their place whenever needed. Prepare/follow-up for planned inspection notification & inspection look ahead schedule. Conduct Kick off Meeting (KOM) & Pre-Inspection Meeting (PIM) with Client. Refer general standards/specifications and Material/Purchase specifications for each and every projects and monitor whether fully complied with specs. Documentation and control for ISO and conducting internal audits. Record delays and rectify them in subsequent projects. Monitor daily log sheet for fabrication process. Monitor rework register to rectify the repeated reworks for upcoming projects. Prepare the monthly dispatch schedule and Actual vs Target monthly dispatch file.

Ensure procedures and processes are clearly communicated to all work groups. Capable of delivering process orientation and awareness to users. Provides support to and actively participates in Save Your Life Actions (SYLA) and IIF Programs Participates in Safety Meetings. Coach and mentor PTW staff to ensure a consistent application of the Electrical process is applied Understands PTW safety instruction philosophy of work activity categorization and can assist work groups with PTW preparations. Understands the safety instruction requirements of a Planning Phase Hazard Analysis (PPHA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Establish strong alliance and interface with FGP Construction, System Completion, Operations & HES Team as a primary focal contact for PTW. Project: SRU Atyrau prefabrication, ISKER Orken prefabrication, Wagenborg barge modification Plan and undertake the preventive maintenance on all facilities and equipment’s of the yard. Liaises with Production Manager, other discipline superintendents, procurement or any members of higher management to ensure that all facilities and equipment’s of the Yard are maintained in top condition all support is available to keep the project on schedule and under assigned budget. Ensures adherence to the site Quality Control Program in his related scope of assignment. Responsible for requisitioning material, equipment and tools purchase (for responsible area) Keep record of all machines and consumables consumption usage for facilities and project for internal and external auditing purpose. Project: Bilding of Jack-Up Rig from KMG "SATTI" (JUDR M411) E&I Commissioning Collection of acceptance reports related to each system (EC/MC completion) Preform Loop Check & Insulation test for system cable. Pre-operational performants (Works permit, Energizing permit, lock/out tag/out system) Perform Pre-Commissioning Perform Official Commissioning with Client and Class representative attendance (ABS) Work deeply with vendor documentation and make correspondence with factory if required. Work closely with other commissioning discipline (mechanical, piping) during megure activities.
