Supervision and coordination of all engineering document control activities: work initiation; engineering document numbering, issue, distribution, comment, retention; vendor document numbering, issue, distribution, comment, retention, expediting; preparation of job packs for issue to the construction process; as-build of engineering documents; as-build of client documents; work closeout and archive; handover of documents and metadata to client. 14. Supervision and coordination of records of engineering information activities related to: management of change; technical queries; engineering correspondence; engineering process and integrity. 15. Work is carried out in accordance with all applicable IM codes, standards, procedures and working practices 16. The integrity of the contract document management system is maintained. 17. Documentation and technical data is handed over to Client in accordance with agreed requirements. 18. The quality of issued documents is monitored. 19. Compilation and updating of daily, weekly and monthly timesheets and reports 20. Carry out all duties assigned by Senior Field Engineer. .

Typing of site documents, and follow up of all the site needs Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability. Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
