Duties:

Duties: Developing IM and project execution procedures. Ensure that all procedures, processes and systems are effectively implemented and adhered to. Review, validate and audit the Executions Contractors Information Systems Plan and architecture including implementation plan to validate that all IMIS interface requirements are implemented. Coordination of Technical Queries Concession Requests from Suppliers and sub-contractors to Engineering team. Kick off meeting with Suppliers, Contract holder, QA/QC, Materials management team. Ensures Supplier documentation, material coding, tag numbering conforms to the client’s regulatory and code requirements and RoK requirements..
Identify requirements for new applications and interfaces and assure that specification, implementation and delivery are managed within an IMIS framework. Monitor data.
Ensure that Contractor is trained and competent in the use of Documentum for issue of documentation. Quality control of issued documentation, make sure required changes were implemented in next revisions. Walk downs with technical Control team, engineering and Contractors, control of red line mark ups and as-built drawings.
Monitor and review information in IMIS on a regular basis to ensure that collection and reporting standards are being maintained. Provide management report on progress.
Provide first line support to users and ensure they have access to the support they need. At present time coordination of work and support to over 400 users.

Turnover Supervisor report to and assist Area QA/QC Supervisor in all aspects of status related Technical Piping Passports, Quality Verifying Documentation, Component Lists, Punch list and Daily QVD report. Monitoring of progress of Technical Piping Passports on a daily basis
Duties:
The Turnover Supervisor work in a dynamic environment with a mixture of engineering, business, construction professionals, and client staff. Duties require work to be done in an office settings as well as a construction site. The construction site will located in an operating hydrocarbon facility, and include new construction areas. Candidate should be able to read and understand technical drawings (i.e. isometrics, P&IDs, loop diagrams). All work requires a high level of accuracy and thoroughness with a need for independent effort and creativity. It is preferred that the Turnover Supervisor has a minimum of 6 months engineering or construction experience related to hydrocarbon facilities.
Turnover Supervisor responsible for CompleteIt Technicians and NEWS Technicians in the Area and communicating the needs regarding upcoming systems for CT (Custody Transfer). Direct the daily activities of the CompleteIt Technicians and NEWS Technicians. The Turnover Supervisor is the primary individual that persons go to with issues regarding the Technical Piping Passports, Quality Verifying Documentation, Component Lists, Punch list and Daily QVD reports as well as the focal point for the client to contact.
Turnover Supervisor verifies the tracking of Quality Verification Documents with the CompleteIT Database; responsibilities are to ensure the status of QVD’s is up to date and accurate.
Assisting with various activities in preparation of system turnover that may include some general office tasks and responsibilities. Is working in a dynamic environment with a mixture of engineering, business, construction professionals, and client staff. Have responsibility of an area as well as provide support in other areas as workload necessitates.
