1) Generally based in a store area and responsible for handling all stores related issues such as goods receipts, proper location of inventory in the warehouse, goods issues, inventory control and reporting, shipping including packing. 2) Cycle count process is done monthly. Able to utilize SAP navigation to access and process basic Material Management transactions. 3) Storage of various chemicals and handling according to the policy of company. 4) Generating QC docs (shelf life) and processing FIFO method (using color code by marking accordingly). 5) Redeploy/export of materials to another plants/country. Move physically and in system slow move and E&O materials to storage location9001(redeployment stock). 6) Responsible for all warehouse issues related any movements. SAP PROGRAM.

1) Receiving materials on the accompanying documents, issuance of consumable materials, and overhead requirements. 2) Proper storage of materials according to the certificates and passports and the conditions of storage. (paints, lubricants, gas, raw materials) 3) Proper record keeping in accordance with ISO 9001/2009 according to API. 4) Timely accounting and management reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly). If necessary, to work over times (weekends, holidays) ready to work.
