- Maintenance of the existing Automated Information Systems (AIS) such as recycle.kz and auto.recycle.kz (AIS are used in the scale of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and cover of 16 cities)
- Development of technical specifications for a new AIS (the number of contractors is more than 30000, prototype is tested). - Designinig of flowcharts for approval or optimization the procedures in the development or modernization of enterprise information systems. - Participation in meetings with project managers, business process owners, system developers, for determine the project objectives, required change and improvements, documentation of project execution. - Technical documentation writing. Such as the regulatory documents, policies for company personnel and contractors.
- Making of technical specifications for the modification and extension of the functions the existings AIS. Documenting changes.
- Teamwork with AIS developers, controlling of the projects phases in the project management system ADVANTA.
- There were developed and visualized reports (BI-Business intelligence) of the projects progress in the dashboard system for making operational and strategic decisions by project managers and top managers. The results of some reports indicated for the need of changes in processes and procedures to achieve the targets.
  The project managers were make changes: the consist of the working groups, the motivation system, the interface of the program was changed for accelerated input of information by operators.
- Developed and implemented the pilot project for a "cloud office". Achieved aims:
1. Scaling, cloning of offices when opening new branches, company structures, optimization of IT budget calculation.
2. Centralization for IT-administration, monitoring of information data flows for various analysts, Data Loss Protection systems (DLP).

- Development, implementation and monitoring processes: Incident management, Release Management and Change, Configuration Management, Service Level Management, Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Manage the staff of department (1.Group of maintenance; 2. Group of system software.) to fulfill the tasks of monitoring, maintenance of information infrastructure of the company.

- Planning and implementation (MRO) - a complex of technological operations and organizational actions to maintain the operability and health of the Enterprise Information Systems. The result of this was the organization of a spare parts inventory, which allowed the operative replacement of out-of-order equipment to ensure the availability of information systems in the territorially-distributed network infrastructure. Controlling the timely provision of the department with the necessary materials and equipment.
- Developed documents for processes of providing, maintaining and supporting corporate information systems: DSS01-DSS06 based on the COBIT 5 model.
- Development of the regulatory documents, policies. Writing, documentation of instructions, procedures, business processes for Service Desk staff, users, including installation guides, users manuals, and release notes.

System administrator, specialist on information technologies since November 2009. -Design of company’s information system from the very beginning. Purchasing of equipment and licensed software. Following the works according the work schedule, approved by the Company’s Management Team. Performed duties are: administrator of expenditures in IT budget. Making the IT budget. Contracts conclusion and control of the contracts performance for the Office. Design, approval and implementation of corporate company’s policy on use of data processing resources, information technologies and data exchanging networks. Writing instructions, users manuals.
