Such as the regulatory documents, policies for company personnel and contractors.
- Making of technical specifications for the modification and extension of the functions the existings AIS. Documenting changes.
- Teamwork with AIS developers, controlling of the projects phases in the project management system ADVANTA.
- There were developed and visualized reports (BI-Business intelligence) of the projects progress in the dashboard system for making operational and strategic decisions by project managers and top managers. The results of some reports indicated for the need of changes in processes and procedures to achieve the targets.
  The project managers were make changes: the consist of the working groups, the motivation system, the interface of the program was changed for accelerated input of information by operators.
- Developed and implemented the pilot project for a "cloud office". Achieved aims:
1. Scaling, cloning of offices when opening new branches, company structures, optimization of IT budget calculation.
2. Centralization for IT-administration, monitoring of information data flows for various analysts, Data Loss Protection systems (DLP).
