- Managing of logistic and purchasing operations. WHSE and contracts coordination operations

- Develop overall project schedule for the whole scope of work. - Logistics managing, consultancy to principals and customers. - Controlling of Accounts & Finance Management, - Staff management - Support the contracts and procurement department in fulfilling activities for timely service and material delivery. - Monitoring Logistics in safe and smooth execution of shipments - Prepare weekly and monthly project reports - Finalizing Bids ,quotations and costing for customers. - Communication with clients & vendors Contracts Management - Monitoring of manufacturing and procurement of supplies. - Monitoring Documentation of shipment - Monitoring of Packing, Customs clearances, handling, transportation ,shipping & Deliveries of shipment - Managing, preparation and full coordination of tender procedures

- Complete material and technical provision of production to main base, and to the company's vessels in Kazakhstan, with goods domestic and foreign markets. - Negotiation, cooperation, correspondence, coordination of contracts with foreign and local suppliers (creating Purchase orders, internal Purchase Requisitions in the system) -Full coordination of movement of goods: tracking, transportation, customs clearance, loading and unloading operations. - Preparation and provision of all documents required for customs clearance of goods (Translation of invoices, letters, passports, transactions, customs duties). - Management and maintenance of the balance of the warehouse, registration documents, receipts and expenditures of goods, inventory procedures -The procedure sending and posting of goods both physical and documented in accordance with accounting and warehousing management regulations system. -Have experience with searching of new suppliers, price monitoring, planning expenses, and periodic analysis of market.

(Cost certification, approval from management, reporting). -Have experience with searching of new suppliers, price monitoring, planning expenses, and periodic analysis of market.

- Realization of the timely account and the reporting on an operating time of motor-hours, technics run, a car of tyres, spare parts, stock, the equipment, tools, regular drawing up of requests. - Realization of the account of maintenance service, repair of a rolling stock, technics, units, the equipment - Planning of maintenance service of technics drawing up of schedules of carrying out maintenance service, the control of their execution, conducting the given documentation. - The Control of a limit of delivery of coupons, bunkering on routes and on task performance, the control of the document of a turn conducting the expense and fuel write-off. - Carrying out of the analysis of norms of the expense of fuel, the coordination and the statement, the differentiated norms for realizations of economy of the expense of fuel.

• Preparing and processing delivery notes and shipment orders, warehouse receipts, pick lists and transport documents. • Preparing documents for customs clearance(Invoice translating process, processing customs clearance together with brokers) • Have experience with Warehouse Management System SAP(transactions MM ,and ordering process for WHSE) • Placing, keeping WHSE ,Registration documents ,inventory procedure • Inventory procedure, registration materials in system, and other procedures by SAP system. • Supervise transportation of goods Have experience drive, and work by mini Forklift
