Senior HR Specialist
• Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and national regulations; • Responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints. Represents the Company for any unemployment claims. Facilitates and/or provides training (including orientation) to the workforce. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions; • Preparing Labour Agreements, Addendums, Orders; • Working with insurance clinics; • Payroll accounting according to time-sheets; • Calculation of other payments:  regular annual paid, educational leave;  sick lists, bonuses, material assistance, compensations and etc;  calculation upon dismissal; • Implementation of work on formation, keeping and storage of data base 1.С 8.2 of accounting information used for the calculation of a salary; • Preparation for Company Employees of a monthly payroll excerpts and statements on salary; • Entering of quantity, quality information of employees and their movement into database on personnel, and control over its timely update and refill.

HR Specialist
• Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and national regulations. Maintains compliance with National regulations concerning employment. • Partners with the HR Manager in planning and coordinating staff events, i.e. holiday events.
