Responsible laboratory of non-destructive testing accredited according to GOST ISO/IEC 17025 for the development, implementation and improvement of QMS, QMS documentation management, documentation updating, internal audit, external audit by the RSE NCA, organization of equipment inspection and certification of test equipment, updating of regulatory documents. Responsible for accreditation at the National Accreditation Center (NCA). The testing laboratory actively participated in the reaccreditation process, successfully passed all required assessments, and received official confirmation of compliance with established standards, thereby extending its accreditation for an additional five years.

I coordinate the computer operator and quality officer PROJECT ARCTIC LNG 2 The project includes the construction of three LNG trains, with a capacity of 6.6 mtpa of LNG each, and at least 1.6 mtpa of stable gas condensate. The total LNG capacity of the three trains will be 19.8 mtpa. The project employs an innovative construction concept using gravity-based structures (GBS). OOO Arctic LNG 2 is the operator and owner of all the assets. The Utrenneye field is the resource base for Arctic LNG 2. The field is located in the Gydan Peninsula in YNAO approximately 70 km across the Ob Bay from Yamal LNG. In 2018, we completed the front-end engineering design (FEED) and started site preparation, construction of early phase power supply facilities, production wells drilling, and construction of the quayside. The participants of Arctic LNG 2 approved a final investment decision (FID) for the project in September 2019. Capital expenditures to launch the project at full capacity is estimated at $21.3 billion equivalent. The GBS design concept as well as extensive localization of equipment and materials manufacturing in Russia will allow to considerably decrease the CAPEX per ton of LNG produced under this project. This will ensure a low cost structure of products and maximum competitiveness across the LNG markets.

Project EPC-2, EPC-3 NCOC, FGP/WPMP-TCO Collection and reviewed daily NDT reports from all testing methods; ensured accuracy and compliance with project standards. Future Growth Project: The Future Growth Project (FGP) / Wellhead Pressure Management Project (WPMP) is an expansion of Company’s existing facilities located in Tengiz, at Western Kazakhstan. The FGP/WPMP project is applying a modular construction design with Pre-assembled (Process and Utility) Units, namely the PAUs, and Pre-assembled (Pipe) Racks, namely the PARs, which are collectively referred to as Modules. The Modules are to be fabricated and tested outside the Area of Operations and transported to Tengiz in the Area of Operations for their final installation and Hook-up.

EPC PROJECT AgipKCO – Agip Kazakhstan North Caspian Operating Company N.V.: The Scope of Work includes detailed design, for EPC2, EPC3 and EPC4 Topside Production Manifold Modules, procurement of materials, fabrication, load-out and transportation of EPC2 and EPC3 Topside Production Manifold Modules (KASHAGAN Field). Engineering, Procurement and Construction of n.4 Instrument Buildings. Detail design developed by Renco include Civil/Architectural Finishing Works and AC/electrical/instrumentation/F&G Systems. The concrete shell of the buildings has been calculated in order to be blast resistant, including external blast doors and dampers. The buildings have been designed for a classified area Zone 1 IIB T3 and hard environmental conditions (max ambient temperature +45°C / min ambient temperature -36°C). The scope of work included commissioning and start-up.
