Calibration of all type transmitters (Foundation Fieldbus and Hart protocol) such as Differential pressure transmitter, Pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, DP type flow transmitter, DP type level transmitter etc. Manufacturer (Yokogawa, Emerson Rosemount, ABB, Endress Hauser etc.) Calibration and stock check of Control valve, on-off valve, MOV. (Flowserve, Fisher, Dresser, KPC, Metso, Masoneilan, Rotork, AUMA etc) As per DATA sheet or specification sheet check and make calibration report of all sensors, elements, RTD, Thermocouple and gauges. As per project standard and as per DATA sheet change configuration of transmitter and valve if needed. Make daily Calibration report / work progress report and provide to instrument, QA/QC department by E-mail or company sharing network.

• Gas Turbines and steam Turbines boiler and as a Maintenance support for operation group. • Experience in all type of Foundation Fieldbus and Hart protocol instrument. • Calibration and configuration using SMART transmitter. • Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of all type of process instrument like- pressure, temperature, level, flow etc… • Having a good knowledge of alignment vibration transmitter like an axial, radial and keyphasor vibration etc... • Have a good exposure in calibration of transmitter and control valve. • Good knowledge of complex loop (cascade loop, split loop, ) • Preparation of loop packages as built of instrument loop drawings. • Overhauling, servicing and stroke checking of control valve and on-off valve.
