• Provide consultation to Project Team on correct interpretation and implementation of policies, standards, norms and rules of occupational safety. • Conduct scheduled/unscheduled reviews/audits of work place. • Provide expert occupational consultation on regulatory and safety documentation. • Submit written reports with results of inspections and communicate the information to Construction Managers for problem solving. • Encourage and support use of Job Safety Analysis to identify the problems and issues with non-routine work and propose the recommendations based on results. Work with contractors to help ensure recommendations are appropriately addressed. • Facilitate or participate in incident investigation commissions, be a resource of Incident Investigation technique. Assist team in determining causes and appropriate recommendations to address them. Provide consultation on classification of incidents, and be able to complete necessary documentation in compliance with TCO standards and RoK laws. • Maintain liaison with State Agencies (Emergency Response Agency, Health and Safety Department, GGT, Fire Protection Agency) • Develop Safety and Near Misses Bulletins as appropriate. • Assist Project Team in preparing and conducting safety meetings for TCO employees and contractors. • Participate in pre-start up safety reviews to ensure proper start up of facilities. • Assist in developing and implementing improved PSM processes to achieve efficient implementation in operations. • Take part in the work of PSM Element Teams such as MOC, Pre-Start-up Safety Review, Safe work practice and Incident Investigation. • Understand and utilize Process Safety Management in everyday work, promote use of PSM in the Project to reduce a likelihood of incidents. Emergency Response • Function within ICS as site Safety Advisor. • Support on scene Commander during emergencies. Provide advice as appropriate.
