Recruitment Manager
- Overseeing the company’s recruitment process and making it as efficient and effective as possible. This includes but not limited following: - Partnering, as a subject matter expert, with the hiring managers to positively impact quality of hiring process; - Designing and modifying recruiting process and procedures including various templates such as interview forms, policies, background and employment checks, conflict of interest forms, hiring government officials, job offers, staff announcements etc. in accordance with Company’s global and internal policies and procedures related to recruitment, ethics, compliance, etc. and Republic of Kazakhstan legislation; - Responsible for a full cycle of recruitment process starting from advertising, interview, make hiring decisions, and conducting new employee orientation; - Implementation of recruiting metrics and KPIs (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, retention etc) and provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the company senior management; - Managing the recruiting team and monitoring the recruiting team’s performance; - Coordination of headcount planning with company top management in order to anticipate future hiring needs and developing a recruitment strategy in advance; - Making sure company headcount planning and organigrams are updated on a monthly and / or as needed basis; - Cost effective recruitment via different sources (agencies, advertisement, Company Careers website etc.), ensure candidate pool is appropriate and adjust as needed. Prioritizing open positions to ensure most critical needs are filled first; - Conducting effective interviews (e.g. behavioural, panel interview) with hiring managers; - Responsible for overall internship process and strategy; - Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”; - Responsible for liaison with Universities and relevant state authorities, official correspondence relevant to recruitment, state statistical reports if any. - Liaison with recruitment agencies/ manpower providers with regards to any matters related to recruitment, monitor their performance and take corrective/ rectifying actions if necessary.
