Providing technical inputs and advice whenever required to contractor personnel. • Reviewing Final Handover documents from the contractors like Site Quality Dossiers, Generic Dossiers, Mechanical completion Dossiers, Local Regulatory Documents, Commissioning Dossiers & Supplier document MRB (Manufacturing Records Book) • Involved in leading, supervising site activites for all discipline team and implementation of Contract quality and technical requirements. Resolution of quality problems, during all phases of construction, pre-com, and commissioning activity. • Use a softwares to compile, analyze and submit data of acceptance or rejection of weld quality, as well as for inter-office communications. Complete documentation for welding procedures and welder qualification. • Verifying QC documentation for handling over and maintaining proper filling system.

Material Grade includes A182 F22, API 5 L X60, F60, CRA clad pipes, etc. Responsibility included incoming material control inspection of A182 F22, API 5 L X60, F60 pipes with relevant DN, PL, & PO. Physical inspection includes assessing visible defects, proper identification on the pipes, end cap provision, etc. and Preparation of inspection report for each DN. Witnessed and coordinated Pipeline fabrication and installation. Material Grade X-60 Grade with Thickness 55mm up to maximum. Welding Process used Automatic GTAW + PGTAW-Automatic + PGMAW-Automatic. Witnessed and coordinated Pipeline fabrication and installation. Material Grade A182 F22 Grade with Thickness 55mm up to maximum. Welding Process used Manual GTAW + Automatic GTAW Implementing quality control over welding processes including establishment of welding procedure qualifications, qualification of welders, control of welding consumables, surveillance of welding & NDE activity, monitoring welding KPIs and identifying corrective action to remedy poor performance. Conducting Flawless Quality training programs in conjunction with Contractor to eliminate common defects.
