- Drive Health & Safety behaviour and standards first in all circumstances. - Discuss, agree and record performance and development objectives aligned with actions for the performance cycle for all direct reports. Provide regular feedback and coaching and conduct a mid-year and annual review. - Ensure that key strategic information (quarterly results, organisational changes…) is clearly cascaded to direct reports in a timely fashion. - Promote collaborative teamwork between different parts of the organisation to achieve business results. - Demonstrate exemplary behaviour and promote the principles of integrity in the way we do business and interact with and manage direct reports and other stakeholders.
