• Systemisation: Systemisation of detailed engineering designs for structural, mechanical, and piping systems, ensuring compliance with local and international codes, standards, and regulations. • Project Coordination: Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, construction teams, and project stakeholders for seamless integration of SMP systems. Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress meetings. • Technical Support: Provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases, including troubleshooting and resolving design issues. Assist in preparing technical reports, documentation, and project correspondence. • Quality Assurance and Control: Conduct QA/QC activities, including inspections, audits, and reviews of SMP systems. Ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards and specifications. Validate and verify leak test packs, visual test pack validation, and test pack markups. • Safety and Compliance: Promote and enforce safety standards and practices within the SMP scope of work. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies. • Vendor and Contractor Management: Review and evaluate technical submissions from vendors and contractors. Oversee the work of contractors to ensure it meets project requirements and timelines. • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all SMP activities, including design changes, test results, and inspection reports. Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project management. • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to junior engineers and team members. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in SMP engineering.

•Preparation, update and timely delivery of Interface Alignment Sketches and support data for use in targeting survey data acquisition both in the Staging yards and field of installation •Preparation of Interface documentation and technical queries on behalf of the SWHU team •Update and maintenance of survey data systems/registers to provide status summaries to SWHU coordinator and Lead Surveyors •Review of piping isometrics and general arrangement drawings •Support group productivity reporting •Survey Report generation and distribution •Other duties as required •Preparing the Stress Critical Line list. •Preparing the initial Load data for the design of racks. •Develop Static and Dynamic piping stress analysis and define efficiently the piping layout and piping supports in order to provide enough flexibility to the piping system. •Provide guidance to piping designers to develop efficiently the required documentation. •Assets Mechanical Integrity for piping systems and propose modifications based best engineering practices and codes recommendation to ensure a safety design and a reliable plant performance •Coordinate Survey team job •Coordinate meetings and create job plans everyday •Resolve job issues •Work with CPIR •Time management •Managed contractors team(all staff) •Filed inspection (structural, piping, foundations, anchors bolts)

• Working in line with Project execution schedule and Fabrication MC priorities Coordination of all Contractor’s Fabrication MC activities with all other Contractor Departments (Fabrication, QC, PPC, Engineering, Procurement, etc.). • Performing initial WD to be ensured that certain TAG/ Discipline/ Subsystem/ System / PAR/s are either ready for the final QC/ Company WD • Performing official WD inspections with Company representative with all updated documents and drawings (Company approved, including Red line marked up Drawings) for closure of all relevant Fabrication MC QVDs, PLs, and Fabrication MCCs, • Checking and confirming with Contractor’s Fabrication Engineering Initial marking of the RLMU drawings, • Adjusting and agreeing with Company Fabrication MC plan of priorities according to the Company • Completion priorities and Contractor Construction completion status on site, • Checking and uploading DACS with Fabrication MC related QVDs after inspection WD has been done (QVD,PLs, MCCs). Ensuring that all data and forms/ documents that have been signed/ closed or rejected/ PL as per related standards and contractual obligations. • Performing final Fabrication MC WD/NFI for final System/ PARs closure and Fabrication MCC issuing.
