 To provide direction for all materials warehousing and Laydown operations at Kuryk site.  Manage and direct the Warehousing Operatives and Plant operators in a safe and efficient manner on a daily basis  To closely monitor all activities and processes relevant to Kuryk Materials (Receipt, Storage, Quarantine, Issue)  Operations being performed by all parties at Site, in order to ensure control and adherence to procedures.  To instigate material audits on a continuous basis and identify any deficiencies that require corrective actions  To review organizational capability and provide recommendations for improvement  To direct and closely monitor the activities being performed on a day to day basis at the warehouses and Lay Down yards at the Kuryk Supply Base.  To continuously monitor the Site Contractor’s Warehousing labor force for compliance with procedures for material receiving, storing and issue for pre-fabrication and/ or installation are followed to ensure that materials are properly controlled.  To perform material audits on a continuous basis and identify deficiencies for correction  Coordinate and expedite flow of project materials.  Organize & supervise work in warehouse and open storage areas.  Responsible for safe handling of materials, safety & security of warehouse.  Perform stock checks of missing project materials  Assist Materials Manager in implementation of new procedures and work plans  Interface with client on a daily basis  Manage relationship with and work activities of service contractors

 Conduct daily tool box meetings.  Manage warehouse and storekeepers.  Receiving and checking of received material. Tools, equipments, consumables, PPE, piping materials, electrical materials  Generate tools numbers to engrave  Certification control of materials: Beams, pipes, accessories  Safety data sheets to chemical liquids: Paints, different solvents etc.  Checking lifting equipment for certification and safety factors:  Wire slings, webbing slings, polyester round slings, shackles, Chain blocks, hoists etc.  Picking materials for issuing.  Packing and preparation of materials for issuing.  Loading into container  Securing the pallets with lashing belts (prepare container to ship to Offshore)
