Responsibilities: Purchase & Transportation, Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Budgeting, Evaluating Tenders and Contractual Negotiations, Formulating Operation and Driving Growth, Business Development, Cost cutting, Overheads, Materials & Quality Management Handling all applicable operational and transportation logistics through personally designed systems and procedures to ensure that the requirements of proposal & assigned project are compatible with standard operating systems.

Maintain daily POB list and transmission/distribution as required, monitoring Fire&Gas System, doing crew lists, helicopter bookings, doing radio-communications with helicopter, supply vessels, tug-boats, translating documents and public announcements, overseeing cargo transportation, doing radio logs, cargo logs and alarm logs. Performing all other relevant duties as required by the employer.

Taking inventory of stock items, spare parts, consumables. Keeping a record of all consumption, material orders and material or equipment received. Coordinating of sending mails and freights to the Base. Updating MR and PO items, to issue spare parts (inventory) and consumables in a corrective WO. Making a complete physical check on the spare parts of the rig once a year, on rotating basis. Responsible for the order, cleanliness and housekeeping in the warehouse.
