Responsibilities for: - Efficient organization of inspection area, equipment and personnel to ensure department provides a professional service to internal and external customers; - Overseeing the inspection of company owned and third party equipment in accordance with relevant company, customer and industry standards; - Responsibility for the provision of inspection and non-conformance reports in a timely manner from all inspectors. ; - Initiation and authorization (up to an approved level) of Purchase Requisitions for necessary consumable items required in inspection process; - Ensure all inspection equipment is maintained and calibrated in accordance with company, customer and industry standards at all times and that all documentation and/or certification relative to equipment is retained on file for traceability purpose; - Interface with operations department to enable planning of daily work schedule and ensure customer and operational requirements are met; - Responsible for ensuring all equipment under inspection control is marked in accordance with traceability system; - To follow company standard operating inspection procedures, read and understand and use during providing inspection services drill string inspection employ API, DS-1 standards; - Liaise with Vendors, as necessary, regarding standard of product being supplied to ensure product meets company operational requirements; - Regularly hold and attend safety meetings to discuss and resolved any QHSE issues ensuring any relevant recommendations are applied within the Inspection area; - Work as a part of a team in the resolution of non-conformance and the reduction of future non-conformance with a view to improving client satisfaction; - To realize supervision on the operational activities of the inspection. To control the job on providing with the equipments and repair-operational needs of the company. To control over the correct procedures, and inspection criteria up of orders. ; - Issue correct Work Instruction in accordance to customer requirements or specific specification; - To provide field inspection on rig sites / well area; - Develop, maintain and implement of local operating procedures. ; - Maintain appropriate contact with customer representative and ensure that Inspection personnel are continually updated on current and projected operations. Inform customer and company management on recent inspection activities and plan ongoing and future workload according to customer and operational requirements.
