 Preparation of technological operating modes for production wells  Ensuring the timely delivery of approved technological modes of operation of wells to oil production teams, as well as monitoring their compliance  Determination of the reasons for deviations from the approved technological modes of well operation, drawing up and monitoring the implementation of measures to prevent the elimination of these deviations  Analysis of the condition of wells, development of measures to reduce the number of downtime and idle wells, as well as increase the productivity of existing wells  Preparation of daily summary and weekly reports on the analysis of declines in well production rates, gas flow analysis for a gas-lift method of oil and gas production.

 Conducting the technological process with all methods of oil and gas production and carrying out geological and technical measures to maintain the well operation regime  Providing a given oil well exploitation factor  Maintenance of injection wells using the method of maintaining reservoir pressure with injection of high pressure gas over 15 MPa.  Production calculation and management of work on chemical treatment wells  Management and participation in the installation and dismantling of complex process equipment, electric submersible centrifugal systems, pressure vessels, automated group metering units.  Participation in works on preparation of equipment for underground overhaul.
