Description: -Responsible for Safety Management System, including HSE; -Inspects operating vessels, their maintenance and repair facilities to reveal damages, take measures for their prevention, including preparation of annual reviews of management system and assurance of compliance with effective legislation on safety, marine standards, including Company standards and other standard regulations; -Renders support in terms of HSE matters to management, consults employees onboard the vessels, conducting maintenance and repair, in terms of vessels’ technical specifications and condition and industrial hygiene and sanitary; -Renders support to emergency response team; -Controls and reviews accidents, emergencies and non-compliances and checks application of corrective actions; -Participates in accidents and incidents investigation; -Controls availability, condition and correct application of protective equipment sufficiency of taken HSE measures and fulfillment of fire safety regulations and standards; -Identifies personnel training needs and conducts respective training; Maintains communication with owners and chartered vessels for assurance of continuous compliance with standards onboard the vessels, in liaison with HR Department; -Maintains communication with Clients for assurance of compliance with standards onboard the vessels; -Prepares regular HSE reports for management and crews; -Conducts HSE induction for new employees, and other necessary induction, holds HSE meetings with company employees, controls process of HSE knowledge assessment of company employees, and instructs them on corrective and preventive actions; -Renders support to other employees (Marine Superintendant, Environmental Engineer) in execution of operations objectives. -In addition to responsibilities, set in this part of Job Description acts and performs the works upon directions/instructions of HSE Manager. -Monitoring of IIF system and develop reports for client. -Will organize and carries out trainings of IIF

Implementation of safety and health measures in accordance with the Law and objectives of the enterprise. Control of compliance with the requirements of labor protection and fire safety standards and rules. Planning and realization of the HSE budget, risk assessment and implementation of safety events to improve conditions of labor protection. Registration and analysis of the conditions and causes of occupational injuries. Organization, methodical certification management of working conditions on workplaces. Development of occupational safety and health instructions, regulations, procedures, elimination plan for possible accidents at the enterprise, production control regulations and other normative documents, training , checking knowledge on labor protection and HSE inductions, developing plans for labor protection measures. Monitoring the safe operation of the load lifting machines and liquefied hydrocarbon gases. Well-coordinated work with the state organizations, customers, as well as timely monitoring of contractors. Maintenance of sanitary and hygienic conditions of production and auxiliary premises in accordance with the norms and rules. Investigation of accidents. Conducting of trainings on sites. Conducting trainings on industrial safety, labor protection, electrical safety, etc. Development of training programs and constant updating. Preparation of training presentations and handouts. Training, retraining of specialists, workers in the field of industrial safety and labor protection.
