- Preparation, analysis and control of the company's budget; - Projects profitability calculation; - Cost analysis and cost control, including monthly accounts; - Monitoring and analysis of costs and revenues of the company, Budget and Actual figures compliance, conducting a comparative analysis of actual performance results; - Cost analysis: provide relevant analysis in cost performance. -Develop, implement, maintain and follow up of all necessary procedures, reports and indicators to manage Cost control/Finance control of Project

-Supervising, managing, planning & monitoring activities of the operational Drilling & Investment projects; -Working with other sectors of operational department: maintenance; production, IT, drilling and work over; - Monitoring & planning the Investment project: budgeting, forecasting monthly reporting, and performing detailed analysis; - Preparing the annual report of actual revenues and cost for operative projects; - Working with third party companies: preparing work Progress Statement (WPS) based on Daily Operational reports for the additional service; -Interfacing with Accounts Department to charge company’s overheads (indirect costs) according to company’s overhead allocation system/procedures, liaise with the Central Project Cost team based in Italy -Working with third party companies and contractors;

- Monitoring and analyzing monthly operating results (actual situation) against budget; - Preparing the annual report of actual revenues and cost (margin); - Development of project life schedules from project initiation to it's end; - Development and maintenance of detailed project schedule; - Establishing and maintaining the Projects' WBS and ensuring it is consistent with the schedule. - Generate weekly and monthly cost reports in tabular and graphical formats for each project - Preparing various daily, weekly, monthly, annual and job to date scheduling and planning reports; - Working with SAP program: "cost control" profile.

- Coordinate with Project Manager and other departments in order to prepare Budget; - Preparation of analysis between the estimated personnel and other costs and the actual on monthly basis; - Work closely with the other departments in order to control man-hours and other cost allocation in accordance with Work Breakdown Structure; - Control of issuing of Project Request, Purchase Orders and Work Orders placing on project on weekly basis; - Preparation of accrual of cost and revenue on monthly basis; - Preparation of invoicing summary and providing with relevant back up to client on monthly basis; - Implemented SAP for cost control and Budget uploading;
