Total is completing and doing workover of wells on Dunga field, depth up to 1500 m. As customer representative of Total coordinate activities of contractors and personnel contributing to workover operations. Contribute technical supervision and stock control measures for special machinery and equipment: monitor maintenance checks, provide quality control for repair works, and authorize/accept newly arriving equipment. Draw up daily operational and consumption reports. Participate in well workover incident reviews, establish contributing factors, develop and institute corrective measures, and provision occupational health and safety (OHS) guidance/equipment. Ensure compliance with labor safety code and conformance with company’s workover engineering safety standards.

Supervise and control all daily operational activities. Well depth up to 5900 m. Direct proper implementation of the office operational programs, which includes many functions, some of which are drilling, workovers, completions, logging, testing. Ensuring all correct subsurface, operational and rig site data collected and sent to the Operator office. Make sure that the rig is safe, the personnel are safe, the food is good, HSE, conformance to all local, state and international rules, regulations, decrees, norms, etc. Prepare daily drilling programs. Supervise and monitor all logistics in remote locations. Participate in rig moves to ensure safety of Company facilities. Participate in receiving completed well from contractor and witness handover certificate to field operations.

TCO is Drilling, completing and doing Major Workover of HTHP wells with H2S, depth up to 6500 m. Most of well are having tremendous losses and very less margin of mud weight, using OBM. Many operations are carried out using Weatherford’s CHCD system. Killing well and under balancing is very frequent requirement. In workover main activities are retrieving old completion with packers, lots of milling and fishing, changing well heads, up sizing tubing and many other objectives in depleting field. On-site TCO representative, to supervise and responsible for ensuring the Drilling/completion and workover operations and other contractors’ activities are carried out in accordance with TCO’s approved programs, schedules and procedures and compliance with HSE policy and to protect the Company’s interest in every respect. Making daily drilling reports, ensure proper documentation, preparing/checking job related calculations, data sheets and work instruction.

- Drilling programs preparation ( vertical, directional wells) - Daily support to drilling operations: prepared daily drilling reports, cost, bit, BHA reports, casing tallies, cement calculations, acts for Subsurface agency and Technical Limit Drilling Reports - Liaised with Production Department, Geology Department, Project Agencies and State Control Agencies on all matters related to the delivery of successful production and appraisal wells. Drilling tenders evaluation and contracts execution. - Provide safe operation and observance of all HES, technical safety requirements, fire safety and operational sanitary requirements. - Drill vertical wells with different well designs including liners, directional and horizontal wells. Control drilling mud properties. Avoid non productive time by ensuring all personnel, equipment and materials needed are available. Make recommendations to cementing and drilling technologies.
