From the beninning of application to PKKR as a COST CONTROL ANALYST in the end of 2007 - the major responsible assignments were as follows: Generating AFE’s (Authorization For Expenditure) for capital projects as per approved company budget; non-billed accruals for actual performed work performance but not actually billed in time; preparation of various financial reports as per top management's request; to use program SAP ERP H3 Application to retrieve necessary data concerning actual expenditure of the definite project. In the middle of 2011 i was promoted to LEAD COST CONTROL ANALYST. The major assignments were - to ensure all cost control specialists are properly trained; to ensure all area / field specific requirements are reflected in the database set up; to interface with all Budget Holders in budgeting and quarterly budget revision periods; to supervise assigned cost specialist. In May 2015 i was promoted to CAPITAL PROJECTS COST CONTROL GROUP (PCG) SUPERVISOR (TEAM LEADER). The main responsibilities are the following: to control the building-up and performance of capital budget, to control a timely submission of regular & requested cost reports to top management. Holding meetings with project managers on capital projects realization status, efficient distribution of work scope among PCG analysts, to help new members to learn new materials, to perform assigned tasks and informal training within group - this is beneficially impacts new members to be smoothly adapted to working environment and friendly team, general supervision of projects control group. In August 2016 i've started working as an ACTING HEAD OF CAPITAL PROJECTS COST CONTROL GROUP (PCG). The main responsibilities are the following: Regular submission of the capital projects AFE reports to a company management and responsible managers on the project status; the total capital cost control and non-admission of over-spend of actual costs from the approved budget within competence; the common control and approval of invoices of contracting companies for the performed works and services on capital projects AFE; the general supervision and check-out of Supplements to original approved project budgets; check out a package of documents for AFE raise. Further sending for senior management’s approval. Notifies the responsible project managers about the final approval of projects; elaborate and develop policies and procedures on organization and realization of Projects Control Group personnel’s activity; by instructions of management, commencing and coordinating all the activity in relation to preparation of annual Company’s CAPEX budget; coordinate training and personal development programs. From February 1st, 2017, i've been promoted to HEAD OF CAPITAL PROJECTS COST CONTROL GROUP (PCG).

From August, 2004 when applied to PFD International as a Database technician - the following main scope was assigned: Evaluation and entering daily welding / NDE reports, identify required corrections where necessary, returning faulty reports to contractor, input data where possible; interpretation of isometric drawings and evaluation of Hydrotest Packages for NDE Clearance From the begining of 2007 i was promoted to Lead Database technician - the main assignments were as follows: to ensure all NEWS technicians are properly trained; to interface with NEWS Supervisor on all NEWS issues to ensure data consistency; to supervise NEWS technicians; to manage NEWS hydro test clearance in the area.

Dealing and preparation of acceptance ACTs and journals for KIO (KPO), GosGorTechNadZor (GGTN) such as: PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treatment), Welding work register, Infield / Export Pipeline, Construction log book using in-house program Talisman based on Visual FoxPro. By the end of KMWC (Karachaganak Main Wokrs Contract) project - all required acceptance Acts and journals for surface and hidden works are successfully submitted to Client Company KPO b.v.
