Responsibilities: Engineering Support to all equipment, projects and operations in Kazakhstan. Especially: - To carry out engineering design (calculations, selection of safety barriers as per Standards, safety analysis of new equipment and new system parameters) of Well Testing and Extended Production System; - Preparation/development of PFD/P&ID, equipment datasheets, etc; - Interpretation of technical requirements (Design Basis) given by Client, PFD, equipment specifications, standard specifications of the project for further development of P&ID and equipment datasheets; - Modification of P&ID, preparation/updation of equipment and instrument datasheets; - Performing hydraulic calculations/pressure and temperature drop of the system; - Flare header and PSV inlet/outlet line sizing based on maximum allowable back pressure at PSV outlet based on API 520/project specifications; - Preparation of flare load summary, including fire envelop analysis of flare system; - Preparation of Hazardous Source List which is used for Hazardous Area Classification; - Review of various vendor documents like compressor package, storage tank and sour gas stripping system. - To ensure Equipment Layout, and Piping and Instrumentation installed at wellsite are in compliance with International Standards requirements and with approved Company/client specifications; - Produce & monitor project planners and timelines; represent the company in pre-job, wellsite and engineering (HAZOP) meetings with client and supplier representatives in order to monitor project performance. As a part of Employee Development Plan involved in well test, slickline and production logging operations at wellsite as a Field Engineer.

Responsibilties: -Carry out wellsite equipment installation (SRP, PCP, positive displacement pumps), pressure and function testing, and pump start up with obtaining stable production rate; - Preparing daily production report with production rates and well parameters; - Analysis of SRP (Sucker rod pump) unit and downhole pump parameters; identifying optimum parameters for downhole tubing pump; - Analysis of PCP (Progressive cavity pump) unit parameters and suggesting technical solutions to optimize production rate according to company’s goal; - Maintenance of records on production quantities of each well and installed equipment on wellsite; - RIH and operation of downhole electrical heating cable for keeping optimum wellbore temperature regime for heavy oil production; - Equipment selection, preparing technical assignments for tenders on Production, Workover, Completion and Drilling equipment and materials procurement; - Taking part on annual budget planning and execution.

Responsibility: - Keeping potential oil and gas equipment suppliers base; - Equipment search and selection for oil and gas projects; - Keeping and monitoring standards base of oil and gas industry for current projects; - Planning, preparation of project documentation in the development, coordination and approvals of Specific Technical Regulations for ‘Full field development of Kashagan Phase II’. Development of: - State, Departmental standards and regulations; - adaptation of international and regional standards for the conditions of Kazakhstan; - coordination of mentioned standards and regulations with Client, governmental bodies and Independent State Expertise Review of RK; - expertise of project of State, international, inter-State regulation coming to company from the Technical Committees and State bodies.
