He was in charge of the preparation (and sometimes in association with the department management prepared personally himself) of the materials on the crimes and delinquencies (thefts, embezzlements, frauds), made by the employees of the company and also by other persons contrary to the interests of the company, for their transfer to their law-enforcement and judicial bodies, provided taking of the measures on compensation of the damage caused to the company.
