Responsible for development of Procurement strategies, co-ordinating the activities of Bid Evaluation team members, defining the evaluation and award criteria; Review of Supplier Prequalification Questionnaires (SPQ) Co-ordinating responses and discipline reviews from QA/QC and HSSE; Responsible for development and issue of Request for Information (RFI) in respect of assigned work packages to prospective Bidders; Provide planning and estimate information to Project Controls from market responses to RFI; Responsible for effective execution of Bid Packages; Review of Bid Waiver (Single/Source Justifications) as required in conjunction with technical disciplines for Non-Competitive tendering; Review Commercial Evaluation and maintaining in enquiry file, evaluating bids based on price, commercial exceptions, guarantees, previous experience, sub-suppliers, and delivery terms; Preparing Recommendations to Award including Commercial Bid Tab, Technical Bid tab, summary of all Tender Bulletins, development of the joint Technical and Commercial recommendation in conjunction with the Responsible Engineer; Chairing Kick-off meeting, managing inputs from attendees such as Procurement HSE, QA, Engineering, DCC and Client representatives; Management of Orders, Value of Work Done, checking validity of Variation Order Requests (VOR) claims and report variances, errors and omissions, verify and administer invoices in respect of milestone documentation; Expediting of key deliverables under the agreed Supplier Documents Requirement Schedule (SDRS); Prepare all key documentation for Order close-out; Expedite All materials against awarded Purchase Orders with Overseas and Local Suppliers until it gets to End user ; Work in conjunction with Freight Forwarder accompanying Delivery and Customs Clearance processes until delivery of Goods to the final destination.
