- To define and implement long-term strategy of Professional Lighting solutions in Kazakhstan.
- To identify project potential of Kazakhstan and attractive segments for Philips Lighting, market trends, end-users requirements/needs, competitors benchmark, SWOT, VAR.
- To strengths Philips Lighting leadership position as high technology Total lighting solution provider with after sales supports, project design. To build long term relationship with dedicated partners.
- To promote total lighting solution as innovative energy saving solution via organizing the seminars for target auditorium and participating in dedicated conferences, round table meetings. Cooperation with ESCO companies to provide wide range solution in whole energy sectors of KZ industry.
- To develop the project business with project institutes, project companies, project engineers. Motivational & incentive programs for partners, end-users.
- To deploy lighting audit program and TCO, ROI tools for identification of energy saving potential of long-term modernization projects in industry segment.

d) Creating and realization of marketing strategies per segments: outdoor lighting, indoor lighting, industry, HoReCa and per product groups: energy saving CFLI lamps, HID, innovative TL lamps, LED gadgets.
e) Build leadership position on the markets by implementation of brand awareness, brand loyalty, brand image, new products entering, second brand products entering policies.
f) Manage sales planning & financial performance vs. AOP/ROFO. (Margin / Prod.Mix / Account Receivables / Credit limit / P&L / Cost of organization / Marketing budget / Financial & Sales KPIs )
g) Manage and coach subordinate sales staff. Employee evaluation, development.
