 Participation in the development, implementation and effectiveness of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS).  Control over working conditions and operational data analysis of Industrial control over OSHMS.  Conducting internal audits of the OSHMS and submit reports for management decisions.  Conducting of risk assessments of the work performed together with subdivisions managers.  Updating of work instructions/procedures/standards concerning Health and Safety in accordance with labor protection and industrial safety regulations.  Participation in accidents investigation, developing measures to prevent occupational diseases and industrial accidents, as well as measures to improve working conditions.  Design and coordination of H&S Procedures and Standards.  Interaction with Division Managers to support and consistently improve H&S level, provision of methodological guidance.  Participation in preparation of Tactical and Strategic Plans for development of the Company’s occupational safety management system.  Monitoring changes in legislative and regulatory framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of occupational safety and health.  Analysis of the Company’s occupational safety management system under Corporate Standards and RoK legislation.  Support Company’s departments in the provision of current legislative, regulatory and technical Acts of the RoK legislation.

 Assistance to department’s specialists in organization of job safety analysis for works performed by contractors.  Coordination and control of a register / log of all issued PTW and their status.  Checking of documentation required for work permit issuance (PTW).  Assistance to work responsible person in preparation of PTW documentation and checking availability and correctness of filling out documents necessary for PTW issuance.  Verifying correctness of PTW implementation system, participation in work site inspections in order to determine compliance of workers and their activities with PTW requirements, as well as compliance with health and safety standards.  Updating work instructions / procedures concerning PTW issuance in accordance with labour protection and industrial safety regulations.  Participation in accidents investigation; developing measures to prevent occupational diseases and industrial accidents, as well as measures to improve working conditions.  Working with contractors and subcontractors to ensure work safe execution at Company's production sites.  Participation in labour protection inspections, audits, and safety regulations conducted by management and state regulatory bodies at company facilities, contractors and subcontractors.  Providing technical support to departments’ employees, sharing experience and knowledge, receiving feedback.

 Work site inspection, Work Permits availability and compliance checking. Daily assessment of safety system performance on site (availability and proper completion, signing of permission documentation – Work Permits, Safe Work Performance Analysis, Safety analysis and additional hazards identification on site)  Organization of Work Permit trainings for KPBV and contractor’s employees.  Provision of Induction trainings for newly hired employees. Conduction of other types of trainings, arrangement and coordination of safety training process on site.  Preparation of activity reports on a daily and monthly basis.  Provision of assistance in arrangement and conduction of Toolbox trainings for contractors and subcontractors on site.  Preparation of training program, presentations and information for HSE trainings. Implementation of theoretical and practical training on site. Presentation and implementation of new training programs on site.  Participation in and conduction of weekly HSE audits. Review, preparation of documentation and provision of recommendations, if required.  Control of availability of qualitative PPE with Contractor’s personnel in accordance with work conditions. Arrangement of requests, delivery and distribution of PPE and HSE equipment to the project personnel.  Interpreting (English – Russian, Russian – English) during HSE meetings and other events related to professional activity.  Monitoring of working process during night shift.  Cooperation with governmental institutions: Labor Department, Ministry of Emergency Situations, police department, etc.  Participation in Company Management audits. Preparation of reports and recommendations upon completion of inspection. Cooperation with contractors concerning HSE issues.  Advising of different departments on preparation of Risk Assessment. Monitoring of process.  Development of procedures for contractors, consultants, visitors, etc. in accordance with legislative regulations and Company policy.  Monitoring and coordination of specific types of activities (drilling, blasting, archeological, sandblasting, radioactive, earth works, etc.) according to Safety standards.  Arrangement and implementation of Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) program for Project personnel.
