Ensuring that tendering, bid clarification evaluation and recommendation for award processes are in compliance with the company corporate procedures. Implementation the approved Customs procedures for dealing with Kazakh Customs Authorities to ensure that all materials and equipment are processed without delay. CAPEX & OPEX projects management.

• Assuring the materials and services to maintain the “NCOC NV” Bautino Marine Support Base activity are purchased and delivered according to agreed terms and conditions. • “NCOC NV” facilities (Bautino base & Koshanai landfill) experience as Maintenance, Civil, Logistics & Waste Management. • Review planned orders, create Requests for Quotations (RFQ) for material purchasing, submit all the data for further technical evaluation & final approval procedure through EMB computer software. • Bid analysis evaluation criteria and other competitive procurement tools to ensure the client needs are met and to ensure a procurement processes are perceived by suppliers as fair, open and ethical. • Analyse procurement requirements and select the most appropriate method based on interpretation and assessment of established policies, practices, and experience. • Providing advices and guidance on shipping methods and services, risks and costs for domestic and international supplies, analyse logistical requirements and decide on appropriate methods and services to use based on standard practice and plans, execute and monitor shipment until it`s delivered to its destination. • Negotiations with contractors and ensuring appropriate terms and conditions are included to protect the interests of the Company • Participation at the weekly meetings with Maintenance, Operations, Logistics, Environmental & Civil depts on work volume identification & appropriate plan to perform it. • Review and approve invoices for payment, resolves any problems that arise, ensure orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts • Transmit and prioritize approved purchase / service orders and supporting documents to supplier • Prepare and communicate the weekly maintenance and operations reports to provide the system up to date files & info. • Review, update and maintain purchase orders until they are closed. • Identifies opportunities and implements actions for suppliers to achieve maximum efficiencies

• Arrangement a provision for the company with all necessary material required for production activities and their rational use in order to reduce production costs & maximize profits. • Liaise with international & local suppliers in order to meet a material quality requirements and specification. • Market exploration as for small cash & carry shops as for whole sales suppliers in order to find the required goods for the most competitive cost. • Control of all purchasing including Purchase Requisition forms, Purchase Orders, etc,. • Coordinate shipments with vendor, freight forwarder, local customs broker and trucking company to ensure smooth, timely and safe passage of materials through customs authorities and delivery to project warehouse/site. • Close interaction with local authorities in order to meet the required certification and legislative documents. • Coordinate that all material movements In/Out area are accurately documented & controlled. • Preparing claims to suppliers if the ordered material was supplied not in full quantity or damaged. • Keep under control that all material in stock is managed to ensure appropriate level. • Coordination of the stores personnel & ensuring they are performing their tasks • Cross checking the accuracy and approving related invoices and intra-company charges • Ensuring equipment is maintained and ready to deploy to a project.

• Liaise with agents/hauliers/carriers/freight forwarders all over the world for import/export shipment arrangements. • Work out of optimal routes for a shipment. • Obtain international freight quotations. • Arrangement a local trucking within Kazakhstan limits/CIS countries/Europe. • Coordinate process for an import/export customs clearance. • Search of the ways for transit/transshipment/shipment by air/sea/rail way. • Tracking shipment from a point of loading till its destination. • Arrangement an international freight forwarding process according to INCOTERMS rules.

• Arrangement a purchasing process for some goods/equipment required for the company`s needs. • Reviewing and preparing shipping documentation. • Documentation clearance upon cargo delivery by rail/air/sea. • Preparing & submitting some requests & letters to railway authorities for readdressing/roll on/off, etc,. • Monitoring/tracking of a containers / cargo movement. • Freight estimates for a cargo to be shipped.
