Project: ARCTIC LNG - 2 MURMANSK CLIENT: Novatek Responsible: Carry out all quality control activities related to piping / welding in accordance with the inspection test plan, procedures, applicable codes and standards. Conformity of pipe structures with approved isometric drawing. Having thorough knowledge in Weldin Section and performing various activities such as Selecting Correct WPS from the Past Records to carry out Welding activities on the Current Work, Selecting Proper Welding Process as per the thikness. Responsible for arranging and conducting WPS, WQT. Ensuring correct drawing and WPS are plased and followed at the Worksite, ensuring correct welding consumables are used on the Job, ensuring proper Welder is welding the joints as per their Qualifications, Educating Welders to follow the instructions given on the WPS, Ensuring closed Welding Environment in case of bad weather.

My job responsibilities is: to work with Plazma Arc Cutting machine to cut the sheets as per the drawing length Correctly. We have to prepare from this sheets box. This box we are sending to Electrical Department to install the cables. During the prepare box we have to use 3 process of welding: SMAW, FCAW and contact welding. When will done this box, it will go to Location Karazhanbas and Kalamkas oilfield's. This box will check pressure of oil, protecting from flameproof gases.
