I have a working knowledge of the latest HR practices and processes, and experience of recruiting staff, updating employee records, carrying out staff reviews, advising on remuneration issues and interpreting employment law. I have been working in HR for more than 5 years. Have a strong background in recruiting, as well as an overall understanding of HR processes. I enjoy working with people, helping to find them their career path and supporting them through their work life. In my previous job place, I recruited and hunted developers and another IT specialist.
