About me

I'm a proactive and communicative person with strong organizational, negotiating and problem-solving abilities who masters new concepts quickly and effectively. At the QSI International School of Aktau, I have achieved multitasking, planning, and analytical skills. As well as generating lesson plans and student performance reports, I created a safe and productive learning environment and maintained friendly behavior in the groups. And I honed my verbal and written skills in Kazakh, Russian, and English while working in a multinational environment. At the HR Department of Karazhanbasmunai JSC, I performed employees’ profiles audits for completeness and accuracy and updated the database. As Assistant, through my responsibility, stress resistance, and prompt response to requests from the other departments, I contributed to the smooth operation of the Administrative Department during the oil workers’ strike in the summer of 2011, despite the doubled documentation flow and pressure. As a Designer, I created drawings in AutoCAD and CorelDraw. My role included face to face customer service while taking orders from them, be detail-oriented, efficient, and creative thinking. I have learned how to listen and show empathy whenever a customer has an issue and keep a positive attitude. Being a Master's student, I coordinated the work of the International Relations and Magistracy Departments, and the Prague Development Center and organized a study tour to Prague for graduates, solving all the visa issues, and participated in the course “IT Management in Czech Companies”. I approach every new challenge with enthusiasm and am seeking a challenging position with potential for growth and advancement, where I can contribute my experience and personal qualities to the benefit of the team I will work with.
