Field operations (December 2011-November 2017): • Assist to site manager to ensure incident free operation. Advise management, site personnel and contractors regarding safe work practice • Supervision and coordination of contractor’s HSE engineers (Drilling, Construction and production). Monitor that all activities follow Company policies and procedures, as well as applicable Kazakhstan laws, rules and regulations • Conduct HSE inductions • Instruct personnel before commencing the work on the safety precaution and measures to be observed at work (Pre - Tour, Pre – Job or Toolbox safety meetings) and ensure all Supervisors perform them • Report incidents and accidents in company report system (Synergi). • Light and heavy special purpose vehicles inspection. • Conduct safety training, drills, and campaigns • Maintain a good knowledge of international and local H&S requirements for company employees (OSHA, ACOP’s, ANSI, API) • Performing subcontractor pre-qualification reviews, performance audits and facility visits; identifying requirements for short term service employees. • Assisting in development and implementation of project specific HSES plans and procedures and performing gap analysis to bridge Company and client HSES requirements • Conducting accident/ incident investigations, completion of reports • Assisting in development and delivery of HSES Training material. • Ensure Company training requirements are being met. • Facilitating project kick-off meeting with subcontractors, safety stand-downs with workforce. • Participating and scheduling safety related meeting with the emergency response team, supervision and workforce. • Mentoring new HSE engineers. • Consulting, advising and directing drilling, work over, construction (gas-turbine power plant construction, road and well pads constructions), production (process safety, critical safety equipment inspections) operations in matters relating to QHSE • Assistance to Drilling Contractor’s HSE Personnel in carrying out inspections, audits, drills and safety meetings. • Spot check the JSA produced, PTW’s produced, emergency response planning. • Advice contractors and rig based senior MOK representatives of identified HSE deficiencies. Assist in the development of corrective actions affecting operations. • Execute the closure of all open audit items and submit a monthly status report to management. • Overseeing implementation of operational systems and procedures: Permit to Work, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, Risk Assessment, Hazardous Chemical -MSDS, PPE System, H2S and other relevant procedures to exact operations. • Consulting, advising and directing Drilling Operations in matters relating to QHSE, etc. • Preparations drilling rig and site to the environmental audit ISO 14001. • Rig move plan preparation and development. Office (November 2017 –present): • Trainings coordinator: - Republic of Kazakhstan (RoK) training coordination, ensure that company employees are enrolled and passed RoK mandatory trainings such as industrial safety, fire technical minimum, labor protection, h2s and other specific trainings depending on employee position (rigger, welder, electrical safety and etc.) - Internal company training coordination, ensure that employees enrolled and passed required trainings as per company training policy such as Incident free, Control of Work (Permit to Work, Task Risk Assessment, Toll Box Talk), Defensive Driving, Process Safety, confined space, work at height, work with breathing apparatus and etc. - develop internal training programs and confirm training programs provided by training provider - carry on negotiations with international training providers such as “Forum Interactive” company on “Incident Free Safety Conversation” training. Control current and new contracts such as PPE supply and HSE trainings delivery, keep contacts with contractor’s representative to meet all contracts terms, solve problems if any issues arise in PPE supply or trainings delivery not in time. Preparation of work orders and purchase requests for new PEE’s. • Coaching – provide internal trainings for company and contractors employees on control of Work (Permit to Work, Task Risk Assessment and Tool Box Talk), Incident Free, Operational Safety procedures awareness. • HSE focal point of contract management process (preparation of HSE expectations for tenders; checking bidders’ documentation, inspection of the bidders) perform prequalification of possible contractors to ensure they meet company requirements. • Safety companies/HSE training materials preparation – preparation presentation and training materials. Preparation materials and conducting company campaigns such as “Global World Day for Safety”, “World Day for Environment”. • Revision and updating of HSE procedures – reviewing and development company HSE procedures, ensuring that it comply with Kazakhstan legislation and requirements as well as include international standards requirements and recommendations. • Office safety inspections. • Control of Work consultation/coordination - task risk assessment development and permit to work (PTW) preparation, review work method statement. Advise to company supervisors and contractor’s representatives on PTW preparations and task risk assessment development, determine job stems, hazards associated with the task, steps and precaution measures to be taken to minimize the risk. • HSE compliance assurance and consultation – consult company employees and contractors on RoK, company and international HSE requirements. • Coordination of regulatory inspections • HSE onboarding meetings for new contractors – familiarize contractors with HSE company requirements • Industrial safety compliance activities coordination (management of the safety declaration, work place attestation contracts and contractors) • Projects documents review / consultation. • Global management system coordinator (GMS) – perform quality inspection of the documents which must be loaded into the system, uploading developed procedures. Ensuring that all documents passed review stage and meet corporate standards. • IAP planning (Primavera) – manage HSE department planned activities and enter data into Primavera. • Manage company internal reporting system “Sinergy”. Cases management, corrections. Sinergy report extraction as per departments or management request. • Prepare verity of HSE reports (daily HSE report, weekly departments report, monthly HSE statistic reporting). • Perform contractors audit against contract and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.

Review and update Training Tracker and Database; - Support the company in operating the HSE Management and QMS Systems; - Ensure that the Corrective and Preventive action system is established and effectively maintained; - Trainings conducted as Permit to Work, Lockout/Tag out, hazard communication, confined space entry, general safety procedures using JSA and Step back 5x5 safety tools; - Performing Root Cause Analysis and other on-site investigations of all incidents; - Ensure the Risk Assessment tool is designed to address hazardous conditions or situations and guide general drilling practices; - Monitor and involved in Heavy Lifting Operations, maintain the technical condition of the lifting equipment and ensure that necessary documentations for lifting equipment is available in accordance with company procedure and standard of Local governing authorities, all statutory requirements are met; - Follow up Incident Investigation and Reporting procedures; - Coordinate to PIC/Rig Manager to compose Emergency Response Team and their role and responsibilities; - Emergency exercises and drills are held to train and familiarize Rig personnel with the various types of equipment and procedures and determine the frequency of drills; - Instruct personnel before commencing the work on the safety precaution and measures to be observed at work (Pre - Tour, Pre – Job or Toolbox safety meetings) and ensure all Supervisors perform them; - Work with the Rig Manager to process the unsafe conditions report cards (STOP and HID) observed by rig personnel and evaluate, discuss with supervisors concerned and provide feedback, take corrective action

Monitor readiness / response to emergency situations through regularly held drills. Execute / Review / Monitor required QHSE inspection for rigs and camps, report findings to the Rig Manager. Maintain Corrective Action Register for non-compliance items arising from meetings and inspections. Maintain Lifting & Slings Registers and Inspection Program
